Bio: Mandarr, other wise known as VampirePenguins, has been on Gaia for a few years now. She initialy got on for RPing, but now is very much into the Breedable Pets. Of course, she still is passionate about RPing, and loves to RP whenever she can. She is the leader of the not-so-secret mafia 'The Penguin mafia'. Those who are in the Mafia call her 'V' or 'Lady V'. She owns many Pets, and loves to get more of them. She is currently working on her own shop and a lineart auction.
She is also in a IRL service orginization called the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, often refered to as Rainbow Girls. VP has been president of her chapter once, but has been elected to the position again and will start her term August of 2007. For more Information go to www.iorg.org

Umbreon is, despite the Pokemon he is modeled after, Very Hyperactive and Chipper. More of a Joking kind of guy then the dark and evil character he is protrayed as in the Popular series. This could be the fact that Mandarr is to nice to be totaly ebil. (XD)
Of course, He has to be a bit to his true character. So, when he gets mad, he can be a bit malitious. Hunting with him can be dangerous if he isn't in a good mood. And though it hasn't happened yet, he might be a bit possesive during mating, (o.o)
Despite those, he is very good with groups, and does well at containing his anger.
