Chath was attempting to learn how to skateboard in the park, after many scrapes and bruises he thought he was getting the hang of it. the sun was hot, and there was barely a breeze. More often he was sprizting himself than actually skateboarding.
Keir was laying in the shade of a tree ignoring everything around him. He wore no leash on him, for once. Chath was starting to trust him a bit more and Kier was starting to gain a bit more respect for the boy.
All those acid burns and still he kept going. There had to be something more than just genetics that made him so determined. So for now Keir largely ignored Chath's orders and would just 'behave' which aws rather boring.

Ai'shern had been dragged to the park before, not allowed to actually skate, managed to finds his way here by himself this time. Who knows what kind of panic this would cause if he was discovered missing or if Sciz actually wanted to go looking for the little demon.
He was sitting at the edge trying to figure out how to strap on the elbow pads. Ai's large arm scales made it impossible for the darn things to be practical. With much grunting and straining, Ai finally gave up and tossed the thing with a hiss.
Now all he had to do was find himself a board. Where is a little Basilisk suppose to get the perfect board? Ai began to stalk the edges of the park, putting himself a little close to a certain black dragon.

Keir raised his head, his superb hearing caught the sounds of something headed his way. His eyes squinted as it saw the little beast, or reptile. He wasn't sure, but for some reason he thought it looked like a weird baby dragon.
He stood up, and moved over to where the child was, he was behind the kid and he prodded the thing with his nose avoiding the scales on the things back.
Chath in the meantime had another spill on the skateboard and was nursing a bleeding scrap on his knee. He was told to wear knee pads, but they felt so combersom to him. He looked up wondering where his dragon had gone off to.

Ai yelped. Something had given him a rather strong nudge from behind that he wasn't expecting. His spines bristled a bit as he turned around to see what had poked him. The boy relaxed now that he was facinated with this large black lizard thing infront of him.
"What you want?" Ai knoted his brows and looked Keir over. His tail wagged slowly back and forth across the cement. He had never seen a dragon before. Ai reached out a curious clawed hand, which probably wasn't the smartest thing in the world.

For some reason Keir liked this thing. It was sharp, pointy and looked like a dragon. He uttered a low sound that sounded like a purr/growl and pushed his head into the kids clawed hand. His scales could handle the claws and he didn't seem on bit disturbed by the fact this kid was actually quite deadly to regular folks.
"Keir?" Chath called out and wondered what had gotten in his dragon. He didn't want often nearly as much as he used to...and was usually quite...obvious about it. "Keir??" he called out louder this time and scrambeled to his feet trying to find his dragon, only to notice that his dragon had found...a monster??

Lucky for Ai, Keir apparently liked him. Ai however didn't know exactly what to make of this. The noise the black lizard was making sounded pleseant so Ai guessed it was infact being friendly. Ai's previous encounters with 'friendlyness' haven't been as polite as this black dragon was being.
He grinned and scratched Keir's snout lightly. Then a bright orange kid had suddenly caught his attention. He had been yelling a name, maybe this lizard thing was his. "He yours?" His pale eyes looking at Chath now. Well he was certainly funny looking too.

Keir heard his name being called and rolled his dragon like eyes, kneelnig down he gently reached out and tugged on the child's shirt as if tellinghim to climb on. This kid was great, gentle kind and saying he was the dominant int he relationship with Chath.
"Keir!!! Be careful!' Chath squealed as he dropped his skate board and instantly regretted it and struggeled to get his helmet off. He was nervous, upno closer inspection the 'monster' turned out to be a child....of some sort anyway.

Well hey if he was letting him climb on then why not. He slid on and dangled his legs from behind Keir's wings. The dragon was alreayd kinda of toasty from being out in the sun for only a short while, not that Ai had a problem with that.
Ai gave Chath a big toothy grin, which when filled with sharp teeth, probably wasn't all that friendly looking.

What was Kier doing????!! Chath was not sure what his dragon was up to. He was never this friendly to anyone, especially strangers! And was that kid now climbing on his dragon's back??
"Eh!! Wait Kier!! Stop!" He called out finally getting his headgear off and dropping it onto the ground.
Keir in the meantime adjusted his muscles to acomidate the new weight, not that this child weighed much at all, but seeing out of the corner of his eyes the flash of sharp teeth made the dragon even happeir.
He let out a bellowing roar, the seemed to shake the tree's that were closest to them and flapped his wings in defiance. Chath was obessed with being a hero why not prove himself now?
The dragon looked back at the kid on his back as if waiting instructions.

Ai pointed straigh a head, which was also in the direction of Chath. "CHARGE!" His words a bit slurred and it probably sounded more like a growl, but none the less it sounded ferocious and thats what he wanted. Ai gripped tightly, but not painfully, to the Keir.
He kept that little demonic grin on his face. he was a monster and proud of it.

This was what Keir wanted to hear and thus bellowing another roar he dug his claws into the dirt and lept forward, heading straight for the orange skinned boy in front of him.
Chath's eyes went wide with astonishment. Keir was listening to this kid? And gleefully as well, hearnig the kids growl/ command and noticing his dragon sudden leapt forward in his direction, he stood for a moment like a deer caught in the headlights before he managed to regain his head and dodge out of the charging dragons path.
Kier scrabeled past the newt boy, churning up grass and dirt to gain leverage again to turn. He was waiting for another command, for he doubted the kid wanted him to actually attack Chath, but heck who knew?

"That was great!" Ai had almost slid off when Keir had breaked after running past Chath. " Again!" He growled. The basilisk boy didn't want to hurt the newt boy, but this game was awefull fun. He could keep it up all day if Chath didn't do somehtng about it though.

Keir snorted and spat some drool onto the ground causing quite a sizzle and then dug his cloaws into the doft ground and charged again. He would have to be more careful since he felt the boy nearly slide off when he tried to stop. Letting out another roar he charged for Chath once more.
Chath didn't know what had gotten into Kier, yes the dragon wasn't fond of him but he had never openly attacked him before. Chath swallowed and dodged to his side. The right side and managed to drag himself upright before he reached into his pocket and took out his roll or gauze. What was he going to do with this??
Keir turned his head seeing Chath had recovered faster than last time and turned once more only to see Chath wrap both hands in gauze and then pick up a stone close to him and throw it in his direction.
Spitting acid at the stone it disolved he roared again.
"KID! Tell him to stop!!" Chath cried out throwing more rocks in the dragons path only to have them spat at and disolved.

"HEY. NO SPIT." Well now the dragon wasn't listening to him, how confusing. Ai would have beaned him on the head if he could reach that far. But he was just a small child so he did the next best thing, he clund to Keir's neck. "NO HURT." Ai growled while squeezing the black dragons neck uncomfortably tight.
And if that didn't work, certainly a set of sharp teeth in his shouldr would. Ai only wanted to have fun but this was a little far.

Keir felt the kid squeeze his arm wrapping around his neck and then tightening. IT was only then that the kids words registered in his aggresive head. The dragon held back his mouth full of acid spit and then slowed his canter to a trot and then finally stopped walking alltogether.
Not sure what else to do with the acid residing in his mouth he let it drool out the sides of his jaw and onto the grass underneath. The sound of sizling and popping filled the air.
Chath breathed a sigh of relief and then dropping his handful of rocks trotted up to them both. "Hey Kid are you okay?" he asked giving a stern glare to teh dragon.
