The insanely fun Harmonix game that totally lives up to previous games like Frequency and Amplitude. You get to pretend you play a guitar in a band xD ... And think up really disturbing names for your bands. The current names on my memory card are, v****a Turnips Jesus Juice Douche Lickers
My boyfriend got me into playing it and I ended up going out and buying it for myself, we played at his house the other day and I shamed his score on More Than a Feeling. (I've had the game for three days, he's been playing it for at least two months, and I nearly topped his highest score on that song xD)
Neither I, nor my boyfriend have gotten past Medium Skill Level, he could go to hard but he wants to get 100% on all the songs before he does, he only needs about 3 or so more songs before he does that though :p

My ex got mine for me, but I'm uncreative and named my band poop D:. But this game will never beat amplitude :B. Though, decorating the guitar was fun.

I play Frequency, never got Amplitude xP It wasn't to hard for me to play GH and it didnt take too long for my two friends who play Frequency with me to get used to it, I think it's because we're used to games where alot of coordination is required xD My friend Alyssa started playing and was terrible... I want to make more bands... Vaginal Erections will be one of the names

I suck at this game and really don’t enjoy it. I was at a boring party on new years and people where playing it and I played and bombed. And there where only like a handful of songs on there I knew by name. So this girl starts to play and she didn’t know what to pick. So I am like dude do the Donnas. Then she lets every one know I am doing this by request like she would never listen to the Donnas. I was like wow that was weak.

I think it is a cool game, though I'm not a very big fan of it.

Try playing it on a projection screen in a dark room with 5.1 surround sound. I used to work in a coffeehouse that had a small theatre for indie movies. During a party, a coworker brought his setup and we played in the theatre. HOLY SHIZZ it sounded awesome. Although the lighting bolts were a bit scary at first, sound and sight. Plus laughing at my boss who had no idea how to play was very cool. Just a good thing he had a sense od humor about it... "I'm hitting the buttons but nothing's happening!" "Um...sir, you have to strum, too." ... "I knew that!"
