About Loki My name is Loki and I am glad to be a new mother to James, I really hope he enjoys living with me. Not only that, but I hope to give him some good fond memories he will keep with him, even when he grows up and eventually ventures out on his own.
My only wish, was that he was in my life sooner.

First Post: September 22
I have finally gotten settled into my new home, its warm. My new caretaker, Loki seems to be really nice, though... so did my last family. It was nice though, she made me as comfortable as can be when she picked me up from the Adoption Center. The car ride was long and silent, but she continued to try to keep a conversation with me. I really enjoyed walking into the house to a big plate of cookies, my weakness, a fresh baked cookie. She showed me my room and my new toys, though being as how I am older than she was expecting, my intrest turned more twards the books and her pencil sets.
I think she understands now, that I would prefer to read and draw, contemplate... then play with the others my age. But all she does is smile. Well I must go for now, we are about to go into town.

I wandered outside into Regenbogen today, decided to go outside and sketch the town. It was wonderful. Crisp cool breeze.... just me...my sketch book and my pens. It was nice, I'm hoping to make some friends here, but Regenbogen seems to be fairly empty. Not many my age...or like me even. But It's Ok... I do have my sketch book. *sad smile*
Well I must go, Mom needs help cooking dinner.

Third Post: December 23
It's been a while since I have talked to you. I am sorry friend, life has had me running around town as of late. Besides that Mom has been very busy so I have been doing most of the house work. I hate house work. Any who, I have been working alot more on my art. Regenbogen is so beautiful in the fall and winter. It makes for lovely, sketching material.
I can't wait for christmas though, It will be my first one outside of the orphanage in a long time. I look forward to it imensely. Prehaps even moreso the fact that the house smells wonderful with all moms cooking. I have yet to make any friends in town. Though, it doesn't appear that there are many children my age in town anyway.
Hopefully I will find some.
I must go now, there is cleaning to be done.

Fourth Post: February 28
It's been so long since I have updated, journal. I am truly sorry, I really do hate neglecting things, expecially when it pretains to things mother asked me to keep up with. I have been in Regenbogen for a few months now and I must say, aside from the lack of people my age to play with and converse with. I am glad that I live here. The season changes here are magnificant, a great addition to my sketchbooks. Even though I had to find other places to sketch from, as sitting in the snow does not make for comfort.
Christmas came and went, Mother got me some lovely items. Prehaps, I should put my sketches of them up for show, they really were precious. But that is not why I write in you today. Today I write because mother told me the good news.
I'm going to be getting a brother and a sister, fairly soon. I am excited, there is so much for us to do in preperation. Not only that but we have alot to plan for. I am excited, and can't wait.
Well I must go, cleaning (yuck) calls.
