Lately, I'm getting closer to being able to move my pinky toe without moving any of the other muscles in my foot, I even nail it sometimes when I'm stoned.
Has anyone else ever tried some of these control exercises out?
xd
(i'm new here. i will write a little oddly sometimes, breaking my english for effect - everyone here knows how important effect is, ne? right up there with teh tools of statecraft - but i promise you i'm not a moron.)

I have. I have failed. Many times. Unfortunately, as much as I pretend, I'm not as dexterious as the BG. I am able to contort, but not move every muscle independantly. emo

it is very difficult....and takes a long time....if you can do trancendental meditation it will help....altered state of mind might allow for it

Yes, it is of course possible. It is merely difficult to do and impossible without a lot of time that I waste on other things.

I can barely move any toes independantly. Except for my big toe, which I use to pick up stuff.
