This has to be one of the freakiest movies I've ever seen.
A man sets up fake auditions so he can find a new wife. What he's unaware of is that one of the auditioners is a real psycho. When she doesnt recieve a call back we find what she does to her victims. She cuts of fingers, then hands, then fore arms, then whole arms. She does the same with the legs; toes, feet etc. She places needles in the victims eyes. Cuts out their tongue, keeping then concious the entire time. She feeds them as well, their own vomit. Its less scary and more "WHOLE JESUS OH FREAKING UGH!!..."
Any thought, any even seen this?

I didn't find it scary, but the violence made me feel uneasy.

Well... the movie IS from Japan... home of the feudal era honor suicides... And tentacle-rape... and seizure inducing anime... So I beleived that the movie IS something normal of a slasher flick in Japan.

Vinessa_Valentine Well... the movie IS from Japan... home of the feudal era honor suicides... And tentacle-rape... and seizure inducing anime... So I beleived that the movie IS something normal of a slasher flick in Japan. ...But Battle Royale still causes controversey over there.

I saw it...the end is the only part with ll the action...but it TOTALLY made up for the dullness of the rest of the movie. Definitely a movie worth watching.

Appoloin That movie freaked me out. Crazy chicks scare me even more now. I went out with a crazy chick... she grated her nails on me more times than we hugged or kissed combined.

But I can tell you that Audition is pretty good. The plot is pretty intresting. You got an old producer who holds a fake movie audition but is really looking for a new wife. The one he choses turns out to be crazy as hell. Watch it if your looking for a different kind of horror.
