Did any of the other guild mods get an angry screaming PM from someone who was apparently rejected for guild membership, or was that just me?

Heh... sweatdrop Life kind of got in the way, and I kind of forgot about Gaia and a lot of other sites for a while. I would have been on more this summer, but I ended up taking a few summer classes since I wasn't able to fit any of my general education courses into my schedule this semester. Slowly I'm getting back.

I may have missed it on here, but I had plenty of that at school last year. My roommate decided for some reason that she didn't like me, and that everything was my fault whether I had anything to do with it or not. I didn't really have any problems with her until she started using my prismacolor pencils without asking.

I've gotten a few of those before too, but I just haven't had them quite that...psychotic sounding. I'll get you that quote.

More than likely it was me who rejected her. I'm not sure if the name of the mod comes up when they're rejected, but I've always assumed they did since most I rejected would PM me asking why.

What was the date on the PM, if you still have it? I usually am the one going through the request things, since I'm on every day. O.o

Is this the Gerard-Butler's-a**-loving roommate of whom you spoke before? Yes, I can imagine the irritation of having your Prismacolor pencils taken. I love those things, but they're so damn expensive.

And yeah, that was pretty psychotic-sounding. Well, he or she was quoting the ALW musical, but still. Overreacting, much?

Yeah. That was the roommate.

That they're so expensive is part of what pissed me off. What really got me angry was that she didn't ask, and she didn't seem to see anything wrong with it. This is the same girl, who earlier in the year, went on a tirade because I took one of her sodas even though she was taking my chips and Easy Mac.

I can imagine. Some people just think everyone in the world is there to serve them. It gets very tiresome.

On a brighter note...the Official thread is still alive, if you were interested in returning to that. It has gotten quite a bit quieter, but there are fewer drive-bys and all, so it's not that bad.

And it still remains on the front page of the Entertainment Discussion, so it's pretty simple to find.
