Plot
Many Days Have past after the destruction of Central and its Surrounding Cities. The Invasion of the other World where Edward Elric was trapped after transmutating himself to bring back his Dead brother, Alphonse Elric. Many innocent died back there in what people so called a Massive Rebellion. Corpse were found under buildings, killed by bullet wounds or burned to death. It was a terrible sight to see. Centrals Population which was at its full capacity now descended to a mere normal city like in East. Like Edward Elric said, He and suprisingly Alphonse Elric destroyed the Gate which would be permit them acces to Centrals Underground City in Munich while Roy Mustang would destroy the one in the Underground City just Below Central. Now that both of those boys cannot go back home they have decided to live in the modern world without being able to use Alchemy. Their memory of everything they learned still stay fresh but making it is no longer possible. The Population say that their will be another War which will include every country in this world. Al and Ed decided to go to Science rather then trying to recreate Alchemy.
In Central, the Militaries State Alchemist started to rebuilt Central and have decided to go and rebuilt the other cities surrounding it. The new Government is doing well and is liked by the people for now...

Name: Alex Louis Armstrong
Military Status: National Alchemist and Major
Biography: Major Armstrong was born into a family of alchemists and his style of alchemy (among many other things) is also passed down from the generations. Armstrong often takes off his shirt to show off his 'beautiful body' which is very muscular. Deep down this big guy is a softie, and it is due to this sentimetalism that he's never been promoted. Armstrong was part of the Ishbal war and today he has a sense of loyalty towards Roy.

Year of birth: 1900
Biography: Though just as knowledgeable in alchemy as Edward, Alphonse has arguably less talent in the field (but still more than other people) but makes up for it by being better than his older brother in hand-to-hand combat. When he and his brother attempted human transmutation in order to revive their dead mother, Alphonse lost his life as part of the equivalent trade.

Name: Edward Elric

Military status: National Alchemist
Biography: Edward and his brother grew up in a small town named Resembool, using his spare time to look through his father's books and learning bits of alchemy and chemistry and is later recognized as a genius in those fields. His mother died when he was ten years old which caused him to hate his father for never being there with his family. He and his younger brother Alphonse decided to revive their mother by means of alchemy, and left Resembool in search for someone to teach them everything about alchemy. Though Izumi-sensei forbids them to perform human transmutation, when they return from their studies they still attempt to revive their mother.

Biography: Envy is the first original homunculus. He is able to transform into any desired shape and body at will and although he dislikes it, can fight hand-to-hand combat well due to his incredible flexibility and speed (similarly to the way Edward fights hand-to-hand). Four hundred or so years ago Hohenheim Elric was in love with Dante and they had a son. Unfortunately the child died and Hohenheim attempted to revive him. This is how Envy was created; but after Hohenheim obtained the Philosopher’s Stone he and Dante drifted apart.

Description: Jean Havoc is a Second Lieutenant for the Sate Army. Havoc is somewhat dull at times, but his intense friendship and loyalty to Roy Mustang knows no end. Havoc is a strict man of duty. He never lets any situation get the best of him. He goes by the book, even if he knows what he is being asked to do is not the course of action he would make if he were in charge.

Description: Kimbley is a pyromaniac, and not one of the nice ones. He was also in Ishbal, and with his transmutation circles on the palms of his hands he creates explosions. However, in Ishbal he blew up allies as well as enemies and as a result went to prison. Recently, with the help of Greed, Kimbley has broken out and is on the lose.

Six years ago, Maes had participated in the Ishbal war, at the time, he supported Roy during his best friend's most regretful times and promised to always support his aim to become the Fuhrer behind the lower ranks.

Biography: Not very much is known about her past, but when she was young she was a famous automail mechanic that knew Tommy Leer. She married around her 20s and gave birth to Sarah Lescber. Sarah is the mother of Winry Rockbell who lives with Pinako since Sarah died. Pinako may seem to be a short old woman, but she was once a pretty, intelligent, and scary woman.

Biography: Riza amazing with a gun in her hands; like a hawk she has amazing vision and accuracy. However, she does not light figiting. In fact, she dislikes the military altogether. The reason she’s in it is to protect Roy Mustang, whom she seems to have feelings for. It is only when she sees him in trouble that her normally expressionless mask breaks. No matter where Roy goes, she will follow him. And when he slacks off, she’s the first to put him in place. She may occasionally be a softie for Roy, but most of the time she’s a very scary lady; definetly not someone you want mad at you.

Biography: Six years ago the military ordered their National Alchemists to annihilate the people of Ishbal. At the time, Roy was in the lower ranks of the military, but being a National Alchemist himself he had to participate in the killing. There in Ishbal he killed many people through the use of his alchemic flame, until he was further ordered to kill two doctors because they were accepting patients from both sides of the battlefield. Roy was deeply troubled by this but nevertheless did the job. But afterwards, he promised that he would never obey an order from a superior if it was too outrageous, and from then on he worked constantly raising in the military ranks until the day when he can become the Furher.

Biography: Born and raised in Lior, when Rose’s boyfriend died she turned to religion as the only thing that gave her the will to live anymore. With no relatives or anyone else but the priest to support her in these bad times, she was one of many that believed Cornello was sent from the Sun God Leto and if she proved herself failthful enough to God, he would be able to bring her boyfriend Kain back from the dead. However the Elric brothers appeared on the scene and revealed that Cornello was a fake, and then all of Rose’s dreams came crashing down. But with their leader gone, the city turned to chaos.

Description: The Silver Alchemist was also amoungst those involved in the Ishbal Resistance. Like Kimblee, he has two transmutation circles on the palms of his hands so that he does not have to re-draw the circle over and over again. He loves violence and fighting, and his style is to transmute various weapons on the battlefield. Because of this, he is completly helpless when there is nothing to transmute.

Biography: When Winry was little her parents (both doctors) were killed by the military for accepting patients on both sides of the battlefield. Though they grew up together, Edward still has to pay them and he’s their main source of income, since he always gets his arm or leg broken.

Biography: Wrath is the only homunculi capable of performing alchemy although he does not understand it. Normally homunculus would not be abe to use alchemy but Wrath's right arm and left leg are not his own. When Edward lost his limbs in the transmutation of his mother, Wrath took them on the other end of the Gate and came forth to the world. Wrath is actually the result of Izumi's attempt to transmutate her dead uborn son and despite her lingering affections for him even though he is a homunculus, he only hates her back.

Personality ~ Anti-social most of the time, Ma'el rathers working in little Groups then with a Large group of People. His solitude is not one of his main problems. He will stand at noting to Kill someone which goes by the name of Homunculus or Endangers any of His Comrades. Although cunning and mean, Ma’el has a tender side and is loved by all little children. His bad sense of humour doesn’t always allows him the best of trust, being sarcastic in plain places is what he likes doing most of the time.
Physical Appearence ~ Having lost his right eye in a Skirmish, a scar goes from his forehand till the bottom of his cheek vertically, another scar crosses his nose horizontally, another scar goes across his forehead horizontally and finally one more scar embeded in his right eye making it impossible for Ma’el to open his eye. The colour of his left eyes pupil is of a red purple fitting well with his long pink hair which arrive to his waist. Ma'el wears a long black camisole going in his ripped Blue Military Pants; carved to his whole left metal arm with his own blood is a red dragon and same has been carved with the same ingredients to his whole right metal arm though the Dragon is black. Both Dragon connect themselfs at his neck. Scars appear over his chest and stomach as well as his back. Scars cover the little but yet visible paragraph written in black on Ma'els back. On his Left Hand, made with Blood, A Transmutation Circle is carved.

State Alchemist Exam
For all Those Alchemist who Wish to be reconised as a State Alchemist by the State this is the Exam to pass. Each Month will Have a State Alchemist Exam for Any who wish to be reconised as one. Pm-me the Written test and the name of who you have made Joined the Roleplay, after fighting a State Alchemist and touching both his Shoulders, I will tell you if you have Passed.
