highest was 99%, but on one level I keep geting 28% because killing spree just becons to me, lol

I got everything 100%. Took me a while. It was around 2 years ago. Though I had to knock out everyone, you know? I can't get past a level without KOing someone. It's simple. Just be silent, no kills. And hide the bodies. And of course, no alerts or getting spotted.

but to get 100% you can't do anything to the enemys, KO's counts agenst your score. and they do have % in DA but its REALLY touchy, one time I got -409.58, cus I went on a killing spree!
