- Leading out behind the main castle towards the rear battlements, the gardens are a lush example of the beauty man and nature combined can achieve.
Filled with the heady scents of blooming flowers, lined on the left side with intricate and rare rose bushes, the gardens are a soothing calm place designed to relax even the most world weary soul, lush grass cushioning the feet, the scent of citrus drifting up from the lemongrass planted strategically among the normal grass, each footfall releasing the sweet scent to the cool breeze.
A pond glistens in the light at the end of the garden, large fish occasionally disturbing the lily-pad coated surface as they pluck mayflies from the waters surface, then glide silently back into the watery depths, leaving only the sound of the rushes stirring with the wind.
To the right of the garden, a jacuzzi and pool catch the light of the buildings closest to them, allowing a more modern form of relaxation for those within the castle. Kept warm and tended to daily by the castles servants, towels may be found in the small chalet behind the pool... and to the watchful eye, a trail may reveal itself, leading to a secluded meadow few knew of, not too far away.
