Instead of a closed roof, you're in an open-stadium where the weather plays an effect on the match, that everyone gets an equal opprotunity at title shots, and also a new lottery is under the building process of establishment. The lottery is for random title matches where at the beginning of each cycle, two and sometimes three #1 contendorship spots will be up for grabs in triple threat style matches. Two of the three spots in those matches will be decided at random and the third one will be a character who has some story involvement. And matches for #1 contendorship spots for the HWC will follow the same format but may be only one on one matches where only 1 of the contendors will be decided at random.
