if you have try learning japanese you will see that there are many suffix that go at the end of verbs to make sense to sentence.
- i have cover verb form
-and i have cover verb tense
now i covering verb suffix
何かを習いま~しょ~う☆

ください attaches to -te form. it translating sort of like please, but it is just softening request.

いる attaches to -te form. it is progressive. it means some one IS doING something.
A:志穂さんが何をしている? B:食べているんですよ。
A:what are you doing? B:i am eating
often shorten to just る (読んでる) and t る can be shortening to ん when it has particle or anything after it. 読んでます is neutral between polite and friendly

try wearing junihitoe
たこ焼きを食べてみた
i tried takoyaki (i tried eating takoyaki)
学校に行ってみていた、でも眠くなった
i was trying to going to school, but i became sleepy.

the normal way to say lets is adding u to a verb o stem
yodan:
あそぶ=あそぼ→遊ぼう
ichidan:
たべる=たべよ→食べよう

it describe leavinh something in it current state: it attach to ren'youkei (tabery-> tabe, iku-> iki) 十二単を着っぱなし寝た。
i slept still wearing the junihitoe (though you would be very sleepy)
泣きっぱなし食べた。
i ate, still crying.

mama is more fomral than ppanashi, and it just stick to rentaikei and not ren'youkei
ex.
っぱなし:
十二単を着っぱなし寝た。
VS
十二単を着るまま寝ました。
