Everyone had Kyogre and a Swift Swimmer like Ludicolo or Kingdra. There was no diversity. But then again for the prize which was thousands of dollars, tons of free merchandise like a cell phone, coat, watches, etc. and a free trip for 4 to Tokyo.. you might not want to risk taking chances.
The excessive use of legendaries was annoying though. scream
