Yes it s true I went on Mana's home page and read he diary thingy and he apologized about the canclation of the tour as well saying how disappointed he was to not be able to tour the U.S.A and that he was gonna come here for a japan expo(his first trip here(it already happened though)
He also mentioned he is thinking about tryingto do another tour in the U.S somehow(though he says its still under dibate)

It really suckd cuz he was gonna go to Dallas T~T maybe he can find loopholes to get to America! XDD
