Well, considering that I am the one who made the Re-Animator guild banner, NO, I have not seen this wonderful film which stars the awesome Jeffrey Combs, who, from now on, will always be referred to as "The Combs."

Perhaps the best book-to-film interpretation of an H.P. Lovecraft work ever.

Agreed! I adore this movie, it's my very favorite ever. *looks at username* As if you couldn't tell.....

I hate the UPN network for killing my chances of a weekly dose of The Combs.

*edit*

Hey, where'd our banner go?

I hate Star Trek: Enterprise (although I'm a big fan of Quantum Leap and Scott Backula).

Star Trek: Deep Space Nine--now THAT was a good show.

....and the banner is still there.

I'm getting a photobucket.com bandwidth thingie....

I dislike Enterprise on a canon level, but weekly Combs was something I couldn't ignore. Not me. *cries* But now it shall never be.... *stalks off to write Adventures of Shran fanfiction*

I still remember that on Deep Space Nine, Combs played three characters in one season.

....and is that so. What does this "bandwidth thingie" say? It's showing up on my computer perfectly fine.

Hey, I was wondering when you were going to make this thread... biggrin

I love Star Trek, but I never really watched anything past Next Generation. I dont know why they werent as appealing to me.. even with all of those horror movie actors as aliens domokun Im a selective trekkie.... I only own the Q episodes...

In two days Im going to work at the motor city comic con and Jeffrey Combs will be there. Im hoping to meet him and at least get a picture... if I have time! Im not sure how its gonna go though, Ive never volunteered before. I hope I dont get bathroom security or something gonk

If I do get those pictures Ill have something cool to post here.. wish me luck smile

I have, alas, never seen it. Although I've just finished reading the story (er...Stories) and love it (them?). I'm just getting going on the whole reading the wonderful Lovecraftian tales and stuff, my next goal is to watch them all. Any idea if Herbert West could be found at my local Blockbuster? Or are they too ghetto for something so awesome?

Oddly enough there is a video-game called Splatterhouse, and all three games take place in the same setting... the West Mansion. Either it was a purposeful or accidental coincidence to have the game take plae at Dr. West's mansion.
