I've applied to Holland College, a Culinary Institute not too far away form where I live. It's famous across Canada, and is becomeing quite famous worldwide as a producer of 5* red-seal certified chefs.
(hopefully) I'll be taking the full 5 year program: which includes the pastry programe, internation culinary experience, basic culinary programe, and applied culinary arts program.
Whew.
Cross your fingers for me.

Awesome! Hope you get in! I've always wanted to go to an actual cooking school. I took a pro-cooking course at this tech college but it's just not the same....

Good Luck! I go to a Vo-tech for Highschool, and we are taught College course pastry and international cooking. It's very difficult.
