Panya roamed around the vast meadow, her head and tail down low to the ground. She didn't want any other lioness or any lion to catch her in their territory. She gazed around the area with her golden eyes. 'No one around. The other lionesses must be done hunting for today,' she thought to herself, half convincing herself that her statement was true. She swiveled her dark brown ears slightly to hear if any other lion or other predator was heading her way.

Azra met a rather intresting few in these lands. However, none gave her a real reason to stray from her goal. Azra was a death-seeker, she wanted a place to do just that or a way to go away honorably. Many have tried to persaude her but none have done so.
Azra had just eaten and was now wandering the savannah. Slowly she walked about and then she caught a lioness' scent. At first she thought it was another who would persaude her, she turned. The lioness' curiousity got the better and she sought this one out.

After walking around for a few minutes, Panya caught the scent of another lioness. She stopped in her tracks and flicked her tail back and forth, contemplating on what to do before Azra caught sight of her. She thought about slinking down low in the grass, letting her coat blend in with thegrass, but then she remembered that the lioness might have caught her scent. Sighing, she glanced around the savannah, wondering direction Azra was going to come from.
PhiferWolf "Hello." she whispered. Azra approached from behind the lioness. Her body was rather out of shape from lack of food. Her eyes seemed tired and her tail hung low. "What are you doing out here?" he asked in another whispered tone. Azra's entire being was weak, she didn't think she need to eat or sleep, there was no point for her. Her fur was unkept and she feared if she laid down she would not get up again, but what did that matter.
"My name is Azra." she whispered.

Panya nearly jumped when she heard a soft voice from behind her. She quickly spun aroun to see an orange lioness approach her. She canted her head to one side and observed the lioness for a few seconds before taking a few steps backwards. "Hello," she said back to Azra. "I am just wandering around, trying to find somewhere to settle down and find a mate. My name is Panya. It is nice to meet you, Azra." She suddered slightly on the inside. She was hoping that no other lioness was around, but her fear of other lionesses would have to wait for another day.
PhiferWolf "Same, Panya." she replied. "A mate....to be with one once again." she whispered. Azra could not help herself anymore, she laid down. The rogue laid her head on her paws and stared up at the dark lioness with violet eyes. "You have nothing to fear from me, I show no harm nor a competition for a male." her voice was low and filled with slight sorrow.
"Panya, I am new to these lands so I know not of any males that are good or available."

Panya relaxed her tense body posture and raised her head slightly. "Again? Did...you have a mate before?" she asked the other lioness curiously. She sat down on her haunches and curled her tail around her hindquarters. "I, too, am new. Though I hope that I don't have to settle down here. It seems like it is a little too crowded for me." She glanced around the savannah with slightly narrowed golden-hued eyes. 'Was this a good idea? I know she said that she wasn't a threat, but my fear of my own gender is a little...overwhelming,' she thought to herself nervously.

"Yes, two." she began. Her ears flatten slightly from the mere thought of them, "Both of them met an untimely end..." Azra added, staring down at the grass before her. Pure and untouched. These lands were falling to the demons, though who kill for their food and leave nothing but scraps of former members of their land. Humans.
"I know." she whispered, she ran into many of them already, most of them not native to this terriortory.

"I am sorry for your loss," she whispered to Azra. "I know what it feels like to loose someone very close." She closed her golden eyes for a few seconds before gazing down at the ground. She didn't want to think of her past right then. It often made tears well up in her eyes. She twitched her ears slightly and gazed back up at the other lioness with a slight hint of curiousity in her eyes. "Have you ever seen...a no-fur creature before?" she asked Azra curiously.

"What!? A no furred creature?" she replied, finally speaking properly. "No I have never seen such a being. Is there even such a thing?" perhaps there is something to live for a while. Azra wanted to see this..."no-furred creature." The new topic made her forget about her losses. It was not just one or two losses, it was ten. "Have you seen this creature?"

Panya nodded her head. "Yeah. They have no hair, except for on top of their heads and they walk on only their hindlegs. They are silly creatures to watch, but they sometimes scare away the game when they shake their big sticks around." She shuddered slightly, a little happy that Azra had lifted her voice from the whisper.
PhiferWolf Azra knew what she was talking about. Humans. "Demons." she whispered. "They are what took everything from me." she growled, her hackles raising. "My mates, my children, my family...everything!" she finished. "Those beings are nothing but land defiling, selfish beings. Stay away from them if you wish to live a good life why you have one." They took everything from her, even herself. She hated them, she hated them being mentioned, hated everything. She lost many and what did she recieve? Nothing. Her knowledge of one truth was shattered.

"Demons?" she asked curiously. "I must admit they do ruin the earth with their greed, but are they really demons? Do we not kill to survive just like these demons do?" She canted her head to one side and looked at Azra curiously. She had only seen the humans from afar and it was when they were having one of their sacred ritual ceremonies. She had gotten scared of them and ran away before the humans could catch her near their village.
PhiferWolf "Seek me out when you lose your family from them. Then you can ask me that question." she said harshly. That reply was beyond necessary. Azra got to her feet. "Those humans are nothing but demons." she shouted before starting off.
Azra was too aggitated. If she stuck around any longer, she feared taht she might harm the other lioness. Beside, she had enough on her mind. Azra left in a huff. "Good-bye, Panya. I wish you the best of luck on life." she whispered.
