A message from Tansei, one of the mascots of the yaoi mini-con, Yaoi North, at Anime North: Hello! My name's Tansei! Akuen-sama asked me to come here and tell you about Yaoi North!Yes I did, my pet.*Akuen wraps himself around Tansei possessively from behind*Akuen-sama!*Tansei giggles and hugs his arms and looks back to the crowd* This year at Anime North, there will be a room TOTALLY dedicated to yaoi! It'll have yaoi panels and workshops and video showings and...Slow down, my pet. You'll overwhelm them all.*Akuen strokes Tansei's cheek as his ruby gaze tries to catch the amethyst of Tansei's eyes*Gomen, Akuen-sama.*Tansei looks away shyly, then back to all of you, smiling* Akuen-sama promises that we'll try to have lots of interesting things to do, as well as lots of good yaoi shows to watch! This all-weekend yaoi room/event is called Yaoi North, or YN for short! We're a "mini-con" within a con! Small space, big ideas!*Akuen now glares at everyone* However, let it be known that Anime North has rules in place and we will abide by them, as will all attendees to Yaoi North. We'll try not to have many 18+ events as we don't want to leave out our non-18+ yaoi fans, however, some events may have an age restriction to protect the con legally. We WILL be enforcing any age restricted events. If you dislike this rule, feel free to take it up with Anime North's ConCom.*Tansei looks a bit flustered* Moooou~! It's up to them now.*Tansei begins to blush heavily, looking at you all through hazy eyes* I, um, hope you all decide to join the board and come to YN!*Akuen glares at everyone, then turns to Tansei and murmurs* Why don't we go somewhere more... private, pet.
