[ Majani slinked through the dense trees, hunting down something small to feed his hardly hungry belly. As he stalked through the jungle, listening intently to the jungle sounds. There were birds chirping loudly over head and twigs the snapped under his weight. There was hardly anything that sounded large enough and easy enough to catch. There was a low rustle in a bush a head, he slowly aproched it and a grin spread across his face. Maybe in the dimmed light he'd have a chance at catching it.

He tightened his back legs and crouched down, ready to pounce on it. With a quiet breath he pounced and to his surprise he hadn't caught a meal. He had caught Halili. He jumped off of her, embaressed. "I-I'm sorry!" He stuttered and stared at her. With each passingday it seemed that she had become more radiant. ]

[ Majani smiled weakly in the still evening air, his breath escaped him as he looked her over. "I-I didn't mean to scare you." His words were slightly shakey and he had trouble finding his voice. He had spoken of her for so long and now that his eyes saw her it was like he was walking for the first time. His legs wobbled under his thick fur making the surface tremble slightly.

Slowly he made his way to her side and nuzzled her affectionatly, He had missed her so much more than he thought. Her fur felt so much softer than he remembered. He cocked his head to one side, wondering why she had been looking for him. Not that he didn't want to be found by her. He loved her after all. "Why?" He asked simply, his curious mind begging for an answer. He hadn't looked for her lately which now that he thought about it made his heart full of sadness and hurt. He should have been out to find her when they were apart. But one thing made him happy. "I've told many other females about you." He said mindlesly instantly wishing to take it back. He didn't want to make her uncomfortable. But males were something he couldn't get his paws on. Quietly, his tummy gurgled and he hit it lightly with his paw. ]

[ He nodded. She better be okay or he'd never forgive himself. "Promise?" He asked her trying not to look like he was terribly upset about it. She was just such an amazing creature, prefect in every way. Well, at least to him. He remembered that when they had first met The old lion Umo thought that they were both a little, well, Odd.

He grinned at her. "Well..." He started thinking about them, "Yes. There is Leboya who is a little out thier and wouldn't let me eat her friends..." He realized how odd that must have sounded and corrected himself, "Her Fish friends. Even though I wanted to try one. And Lefika who was kind of mean to me." He purposly left out the part where he almost cried because she hurt his feelings. That wouldn't be very boy-ish. "And there was A crazy leopard named... Uh.." Her name had simply slipped his mind. But it wasn't to important.

He cocked his head. "Really? Will you teach me?" He wanted to ave a fish so badly. He had seen them but was not allowed to eat them for fear of Leboya losing her friends at the Teeth of another friend. ]

[ Majani Rubbed his cheek against her head. She was just so wonderful feeling. Like her kindness shone through her fur and touched his heart. He looked at her wondering why she was nodding to herself but shrugged it off. She could do what ever she wanted as long as it wouldn't hurt him in any way.

He licked a bit of dirt of of her face and asked, "What are you thinking about?" She was so cute when she was thinking. It tickled him on the inside. She made such a cute little face that made him want snuggle next to her. He placed his head a top of hers, the fur on her head tickling his nose and making him sneeze on her. "Oops." He said with wide eyes. He Sneezed on her! That was never good!

The thought of meeting another male made Majani happy. He had the bad luck of meeteing only females. But, that wasn't to bad. He had Met Halili and told others about her. Majani chuckled and mimiced her, butting his butt in the air and staring at her. He would never pounce her though. He still felt bad about the first time. "I would love to do anything. AS long as I'm with you." ANd said and hit his face into the dirt. That was the stupidest thing he had ever though about. Even if it was true. ]

[ Muffled squeeks made the dirt around his face move sightly with the vibrations. Why couldn't he be the calm collected guy he was when he was around her? There was something about her childish behavior that always brought out the cub in him. He enjoyied the feeling so much. The need of air pushed his face out of the dirt and he stared at her green eyes. The shade made his paws tremble slightly.

Between gasps of air he grinned at her and spoke, "Because I say the silliest things around you. And they make me feel like I've eaten butterflies. So I eat dirt." There he went, saying stupid things again. But He wouls have to get used to it if he was going to be with her all the time.

He nodded. Fish should be fun to catch. Well, he hoped they would. "I'd like that." His eye flickered to his belly which had remained quiet. He was always such a hungry boy. He pounced on her with a happy grin and licked her affectionatly. At least he wasn't tackling her down and about to eat his catch like last time. ]

[ Majani could only grin at her. She was so amazing that it put him in a semi-trance. She was beautiful and he couldn't help but not say it. "Halili," He stared "You are the prettiest thing I have ever seen." And he had seen alot of things in his days. From birds, to lions, to flowers.

"Fish." He whispered tohimself before bounding after her. This would be an interesting game and adventure. Especialy since there was an easier way to get food around here. Pouncing on everything that moved had stared to be less apealing.

Ans he chased her though the trees, carefully following her through the maze of trees. Majani hoped she knew where she was going. Even if following her though the jungle would be a very fun game. He nipped at her tail fluff as it tickled at his nose while the bounced along. ]

[ Majani gave her a bit of space between them, after all if she stopped he would ram into her at full speed. As he slowed her just stared at her. She was definatly the prettiest thing in the jungle. And She was His Halili. What a wonderful thought! As he followed her he thought of almost nothing. His mind full of dark and that was it.

She began to slow and, as he thought, he almost ran right into her. He was thankful that there was some space between him making time for him to slow down. He paced to her side and walked with her, unable to tell where they were going. Majani's eyes fell upon the crystal waters and the fish that swam in it.

He began to wonder if Leboya knew any of these fish, but quickly wiped the thought from his mind. He wanted to think of no other females when he was with his Halili. He moved closer to it and placed a paw in the soothing water, waiting to get directions from Halili. ]
