don't see feet and hands, see the shapes within the form and draw the shapes and the form will come.

hmm, i see feet as triangles and hands as circular squares with sausages on the end =P does that help? drawing gloves are also kinda an effective way to make yourself look pro without actually being able to draw hands =P

Go get a magazine or catalog, or go to an image hosting website and draw all the hands and feet you see. This won't get you to see the underlying structure but it will give you an idea of the way hands look and bend.
Get a sketchbook or stack of papers- You'll need 100 pages.
33 hands 33 feet 33 faces 1..... whatever...
It makes you really practice, you should fill it up in a couple weeks.

im no expert at either. just remember that there are fine distinctions between female and male hands, so keep that in mind when drawing humans. reference pics help, and PRACTICE!

One way I've been practicing drawing hands is by using Virtual Hand Studio (you can download it for free), since it's hard to get my own hands in a position I may need for reference, and it offers a bunch of different poses for practice.
