You will be able to buy things in H.R. Wesley, but that hasn't come out yet. So right now you can't really do anything with them.

Yup, as of now, you can't really do anything about it. pffft!
This reminds me of those buggies, trashies & floweries in Townies that for months, we didn't know anything about the use of those stuff. Then, it was late at night when buggies can be exchanged for inks. I had lots of inks then and sold them for like about 1K each. I mean the red ones. Wohoo!!
I was selling here and there. Brown ink at that time was like around 800g. I remembered that the red ink was the most expensive of all the inks. 3nodding

WOW! Brown ink for 800? *faints* Brown ink is worth very little now. The day before the daily chance started rare inks like white, gold, and pink were still over 10K each and then BAM! the Daily chance made those prices drop to like 2.5-4K each. sweatdrop and then down to under 2K. gonk

Oh yeah, when the inks were first introduced, prices were so crazy!!
And Mommi is right that when this Daily Chance took effect, prices went down on some items. That's so sad.
I hope those inks will be expensive when the tattoo shop will open soon. Hopefully, before this year ends.
There's always lots of things happening right around Halloween. Wohoo!! I wonder what this year's Jack's items are gonna be. blaugh
