Hi everyone, I've been part of this guild for some time now and after all this time I have found that we have lost many of o[ur most valued members many of which left because they couldn't stand how often the guild rules were broken for example the NO REPEAT THREADS!!!!!!!!!!!!! rule. in any case just to name a few of our most valued members to have left us are in the following list:
blorkbarrowdeath
Gothicyaoiluver
Razenof
Jonas Albrecht (he was once a guild mod)
shezu
there are a few more that I can't remember at the moment and will be added

I know I havnt been here more than a month or two but I am getting a bit annoted with some of the constant rule breaking. Its hard to make friends with sill adoption threads poping up all the time. sweatdrop (just to point out one of the annoyances but i sopose that should go in the complaint thread and not here...)

Well... It should be noted on the Guild Home Page that we specifically do ot want that sort of thing. Clearly. ^_^ That should help, at least a little.

this guild is losing it's integrity and fast, I've even heard that Great Teacher Nekojin himself may end up leaving or even liquidating the guild, Shezu was right this guild is becoming another chatterbox.... gonk stare

I know in my guild alot of the same stuff was happening in my guild (and still tends to happen) So I got a few more trustworthy mods and started banning people and deleting alot of the noob and repeat threads

Well, maybe if Great Teacher Nekojin would get some more mods we might not have a problem. Most guild with our number of members have at least a dozen mods. How many do we have three?

We just need more strictness. Just have the powers of thread-removal granted to as many people as are trustworthy and then annihilate all the n00bish crap that is flooding the CFU.
