GRR! I hate people like that gonk I run fanfiction contests in the Writer's subfourm and I deal with that crap all the time crying
Anyway, Im a newbie ^_^ Well to the guild at lest. I've been at gaia almost a year now wink
Like I said, I run contests. I also write a lot, and create manga ((sort of...))

Hello, my name is Kokuyo. I come from the Chatterbox and Writer's Contests areas of Gaia. After seeing what has happened to the Chatterbox, and receiving some absolutely horrid submissions into my contests, it's a relief to see a Guild such as this. A relief that springs from actually being able to understand what you all are saying. I am new to the Guild, but hope to spread the (correctly spelled) word of the Grammar Nazis. 3nodding

Greetings to you all. While I can understand someone using 1337-speak for the occasional joke, people who scream it in every damn post need to be shot. Repeatedly. With baseball bats. If you'd like, I can make a banner for the guild...I've got an idea in mind.
I'm a regular over at the Chatterbox Bar, so I've seen the atrocities there...and the servers are going to drive me ******** bonkers.

Hello, my name is Kagutsuchi and I'm addicted to grammar.
Before I say anything else, let me inform you that I had a much better introduction written than what follows, but it was lost due to Gaia being... Gaia.
I've just been accepeted into this obviously fantastic organization, and I thought it would be a good idea to introduce myself. For a while now I've respected the Grammar Nazis, but only recently have I had the gall to join. I look forward to working with all of you, and I hope that we can be friends, despite my hostile nature and arrogant personality. I apologize in advance for any offensive remarks I may(and almost certainly will) make in the future...

Hi everybody! I do have to say what an honor it is to be part of this guild. Although I knew nothing of fees when I joined, but I will do my best to help the guild make ends meet. Wow! I thought I was the only one who didn't like the shortened words and overused acronyms. I think they all should be tied up, and for each overused acronym be cut with a razorblade and have salt poured into the open wounds.
Besides, I think it's fun to get to know other people like me that just want to have fun flaming other people for using bad grammar. Maybe there should be a "how to flame" guild or something like that, so these idiots don't go off and have no idea what to say.
A banner would be nice. I have heard that posts get deleted for -gulps- signatures being too long. If mine is too long, then I can retract some items...
Anyway, it is great to be here, and I shall put my edit this to include my title. Right now I have got to pack, for I am leaving my humble abode and taking a journey into the unknown (we're moving).

I've been a member for a while already, but I thought I should introduce myself for the sake of the new users.
I'm a chatterboxwhore, no more, no less. I'm always there and always actively flaming. As a member of the GGNG, it's only normal that I despise anyone who abuses the English language, but I also hate dumbasses. surprised
I'm generally very lovely and happy, unless I'm facing morons, of course.
So have a good time in the guild, I'm sure I will. surprised whee

Hi I'm Yakamo. I hate it when people abbreviate things like because to "cuz", I find it annoying because lots of times you see older members who still use abbreviations like that. So thats why I joined this guild, and of course I just love flaming noobs.

Hi everyone, I'm snapdragon (Diane). I am of the younger majority of Gaia, and have been here since around March of 2003. It frustrates me to see net speak, l33t and a ton of other overused internet slang in posts that make me have to re-read the post over and over before I get some understanding from what they're trying to say. I primarily frequent Art Discussion and Requests & Commissions. ^_^

Hi. I'm Asatismath. I've been a member of GGN already, but not as well-known as others. I'm not native, I'm Polish, but I love English and I really do care about how others treat this language.
Please, be gentle if I make any mistake and inform me about it straightaway! wink
