Aw.
I know how it feels. My family has had three hamsters and one gerbil.
Just make sure she's comfortable and has nothing in her cage to injure herself. Make sure to keep track of her behavior, as well. One of our hamsters became self-mutilating toward the end of her life, eventually breaking her neck from climbing to the top of the cage and jumping. It doesn't sound as if yours will do anything like that, but just be careful.
My gerbil, though, went similarly to yours. She simply grew old and died. Again, just make certain that she is as comfortable as possible.

Everyone has there time to die. If she is that old she must be in pain and her passing will be good. ^_^ I just got home tonight from visiting my boyfriend for a week and found that my rat had died. She was only a year old and we don't know what happend. Even though it was 1am when I found out I immediatly found her and gave her a proper funeral. I will miss her but it was her time to pass.
