Free Chao Eggs and Golden Chao
You can only do this if you have the game boy link, a game boy, and the sonic advance game boy game. Go to the transfer place at the end of the chao garden. You can get any chao, item, or rings that you have on your game boy game. Once you turn on the game boy and go to the tiny chao garden, get your chao. Then go of the transfer button and hop on it again. It will say that you have a chao even if you already took the only one you have. Click the Chao. When it comes out of the machine, it will be golden, at least mine was. If you try to take any more chao from your game boy, it will not work, it will say there is nothing there. On your game boy, click the L button on the top left hand side. The store menu should show up. You can buy eggs for 0 rings ( which you can't do when you have a chao in the tiny chao garden)! Get an egg. Connect the gameboy back up to the game cube ( if u unplugged the cord ). Take the egg. You can do this as many times as you like until you fill up the garden
Money cheat
First you buy an expensive item like an apple or worn out pan then you save and exit from the chao garden.Come back and get the item go to the Black Market and select sell right at the sound of the cha ching press reset you'll notice you have the money from selling and still have the item.Keep repeating this to get RICH

YOU MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO LIFT ROCK TO DO THIS CHEAT . Just east of the desert in the light world by the guy that won't talk to you there should be two big sized rocks lift the one at the bottom then there should be a stairway leadind down. Go down the stairs there should be 10 pots with 5 rupees in each. Just keep re-entering and by no time you should have 999 rupees
Unlimited Rupees 2
You also need the super speed shoes. Now this code may take a while but it's all for the benefit in the end. First place you can do this is at the little village. Go to the south-east part of the village by the entrance to the sword tempering place. There you should see a tree all by it's self. Using the super shoes, ram that tree and a rupee will appear. Then you must go to another screen then come back and ram it again. You may do this as long as you like until you have 999 rupees or until you don't feel like doing it anymore.

Also there is another place to do this where a blue rupee appears each time. You must have the super shoes and the dark world for this one. While in the dark world, go to the Witch's house. Go to the lft of her house and up until you see anpther tree all by it's self. Ram it for a blue rupee, then leave the screen and come right back. Ram it again until you have 999 rupees or until you have the desired amount of rupees. These codes are useful when you are needing to buy the super bomb, health potion, the flippers, a new shield, etc.

Get Past the One-Eyed Statues
Simply get the bow and arrow from deep in the swamp, and shoot it in the eye until it dies.
How to Get the Mole Mitts
To Get the Mole Mitts in the 3rd dungeon, you have to go in the center door at the start. Go where the beetle guys are, then through the left door. When you see two skulls, put a bomb beetween them. A secret entrance will pop up and inside are the Mole Mitts

To get light arrows, go as soon as you can to the house on the west side of Hyrule town. In a house there lives someone wich you can fuse Kinstones with. his name is stranger. fuse a red kinstone with him to open a portal near the house where you start. Go in to get in a house of the wind tribe. on the second floor at the door on the most right, lies someone on a bed. A ghost circles around his head. Suck it up using the gust jar( you get it in level one). After the wind ruins, the man will stand next to the inn in hyrule town. fuse kinstones and follow him to get the light arrows. **I'M NOT SURE OF THIS ONE**

If you have the pegasus boots, yet don't have much money to buy stuff from the store...STEAL IT! Grab the item you want and stand above the shopkeeper so he looks up at you, then move above the door(Your back against the shelf) with the Shopkeeper still looking up. Then use the pegasus boots to charge out the door before the S.K. sees you.(You may have to try a couple of times)
If you have to go in there again, save before you do! Cause the S.K. will shoot a bolt of electricity at you, killing you. You can save after you're killed though.
Save Money

Be Wary. when using the but of your weapon it takes a little while for the butt to come back it depends on the size of the gun and for you to use the gun also when crawling u cant shoot while u move
ALWAYS make sure you have a full clip and NEVER rush into an area haphazardly! look carefully in areas behind doors and such.

[360] Call of Duty 2 busts out five new locales
The number one Xbox 360 game on Xbox Live (according to our favorite Microsoft insider, Major Nelson) continues to broaden its horizons with a colossal new download dubbed the Invasion Map Pack. Now you can graft five brand new maps onto this incredibly popular WWII shooter, bringing the total number of additional downloadable maps to a whopping nine. For 800 Microsoft points ($10) you'll get access to Antonville, France (Crossroads); St. Louet, France (Newvillers); Amaye sur Seulles, France (Normandy); Alam Halfa, Egypt (Decoytown); and Rostov, Russia (Harbor).

Cheap HD? We'll see
According to statements made during the latest podcast from Microsoft's number one paid fanboy Major Nelson, the HD-DVD add-on for the Xbox 360 will be the cheapest HD-DVD player on the market when it comes out. Since you can pick one up for about 500 bucks these days, we're more than a little skeptical that this is true. We're guessing you don't figure in the price of the Xbox 360 hardware - Microsoft may well be pretending that isn't a factor. Unfortunately, they're not ready to spill on the price or release date just yet... so who knows?
The new video format, which competes directly with Blu-ray (which is in the PS3, of course) delivers much higher quality video than a standard DVD player is capable of. This is almost interesting when you factor in the fact that lots of 360 gamers have HDTVs. There are actually some damn fine films out on HD-DVD at the moment, so it's a bit more exciting than Blu-ray will be this November, when PS3 launches.
Another swipe of the scalpel
First Phoenix Wright did it, and now Dr. Derek Stiles is following in his footsteps. According to Siliconera, sleeper hit Trauma Center: Under the Knife is going back into the factory once again. The game, which puts you in the place of a medical professional with bizarre supernatural talents and millions of dollars of state-of-the-art equipment, has been generating buzz since before its release - which has obviously led to serious sales. This is the second time it's been reprinted - it was also re-run in June. We're simply left to wonder what's with the DS and games about highly-paid professionals? Lawyers, doctors, plumbers... where's the game starring a 7-Eleven clerk?
Noob on Halo
We all know there's a Halo movie underway. Today, Microsoft announced the director. Though the official statement appears to have disappeared from Xbox.com for some mysterious reason, Gamasutra still serves the story that reveals Neill Blomkamp will direct the film.
Who?
Right. Blomkamp has directed some commercials and a "critically-acclaimed" short film called Alive in Joburg, which depicts alien riots in South Africa - the creator's native country. Check it out on Google Video and you might get an idea why they handed this guy the reins to a monster like Halo.
Get punished
We don't know yet whether Bully will be Rockstar's next Grand Theft Auto... or its next Red Dead Revolver. Well, whichever it ends up being, now we do know that the newly-PS2 exclusive game will be out this October. Rockstar is keeping a lid on this one until much closer to its (now, confirmed) release.
H-E-double hockey sticks
Sega has announced that NHL Eastside Hockey Manager 2007 will be available from the game's official website - as a digital download only - from September 22, 2006. Hockey is pretty popular, but this game is so hardcore and stat based that, well... if you want it, you'll come get it. It's from the same team that does the extremely popular (in Europe, anyway) Worldwide Soccer Manager series. That's pretty much it. It'll be available on PC and Mac for all fans of managing lists of text and not playing any actual hockey games. If you want see it in all of its gussied up Microsoft Excel glory, follow the link over to the official site.
Vettes roar into Test Drive Unlimited
[360] Two modern muscle cars join the online racer's showroom
We've got the scoop on two of Test Drive Unlimited 's sleek Corvettes: the C6 and the Z06. Chevrolet's sleek roadsters are two of the newest confirmed rides in Atari's upcoming PC and Xbox 360 racer, and we're proud to show you the first in-game images.
The C6 Corvette is so named because it's the sixth generation of the Corvette design; the Z06 is the C6 on steroids, with a beefier engine, a higher top speed (198 mph sounds good to us) and a quicker zero-to-60 time of just 3.5 seconds. You can drive either car around Oahu in the game, challenging other online racers or exploring the island as fast as you like.

Today, we brought you the first images of the PlayStation 3 in the same room as the Xbox 360 - perhaps even doing naughty things together (they're much closer than we ever envisioned.) As Neo GAF poster Wario64 eloquently pointed out, "It's huge lol" - the PS3 is significantly larger than Microsoft's new console, in a distinct role reversal from the prior generation, when the original Xbox threatened to crush the PS2. We're only left to wonder... why care? Both the PS3 and the 360 will fit comfortably in any processed wood entertainment center you can purchase from Ikea. We're pretty sure that's what counts.

Two of our editors hail from the fine state of Illinois, which was just forced to pay over half a million dollars thanks to yet another stupid attempt to create a law to censor video games. With cries of "for the children!" and "damn, I want to be re-elected," a group of politicians had thrown their insubstantial weight against a poorly written law that the government inevitably decided was unconstitutional. Now they have to go and explain to people why they wasted well over a half a million dollars doing it (bearing in mind that that's just the lawyers' fees for the defense, which doesn't take into account what the state paid to mount its case.) Who's next? The more they try, the more they fail miserably. And they wonder why we moved out of state.
This week in Japan
Our sister site Next Generation has posted another installment in its long-running This Week in Japan column. Always entertaining and typically exceptionally lengthy, it's written by an American in Tokyo who spends his time playing games like Bullet Witch and idly tearing apart the Japanese game industry with gentle sarcasm. This week's target is Nintendo's Pokemon Stamp Rally, which has Japanese schoolchildren wasting their time on packed Tokyo trains to collect ink critters, and insight into controversies over Dead Rising censorship in Japan. The Japanese gamers who imported the US version are complaining because they can't read the text. Don't worry, guys - we know English and we can't read it either.
Fight for your Phoenix Wright
According to the clearly unbiased site dsfanboy.com, online megastore Amazon.com has already sold out of yesterday's re-release of Capcom's sleeper hit DS game, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. Back to eBay - though athletically-minded gamers might consider actual leaving the house and heading to a real, brick-and-mortar store, where there might be a copy. They're just like the ones you see in RPGs, except the prices they pay you for used items aren't as fair.
Halo director speaks
Wow. Just this week, Neill Blomkamp was named the director of the Halo movie - much to the supposed chagrin of Uwe Boll, who won't be given the chance to take yet another beloved (or at least "accepted") gaming franchise and turn it into muck that makes even devoted fans want to stab out their own eyes. And he's already given a brief interview that demonstrates a greater grasp of his subject matter than Boll ever has.
Notice how he refers to The Flood by name. It's a small thing, but anyone who has ever heard Boll's "verm guys" comments in the Alone in the Dark DVD (let alone read Something Awful's story detailing Boll's tenuous grasp on... well, everything, really) should realize that's a very big step.
That said, we reserve the right to rescind this faith and hate Blomkamp anyhow if, in fact, he does show Master Chief's face.
Fly me to the Moon... in a beaver
The Flight Simulator X demo download became available for would-be PC pilots today. It's a hefty chunk of code to pull down - about 650MB - but with the nation at Orange Alert status, this may be the easiest way to get off the ground this weekend. With just a couple of planes and more-than-choppy frame rate, it's obvious this is early, early stuff.
However, the demo also shows off a house favorite: the deHavilland Beaver Floatplane - a clunky, pontoon-footed plane that had us thinking, "so this must be what it feels like to fly a water buffalo." Its render was so well done that the simple sight of it sent us reeling with memories of family fishing trips, bushwhacking through Canada's wilds - and it also reminds us of the plane in Raiders of the Lost Ark, which is a cool bonus. If you want to really simulate what flying in one of these single-engine monsters was like, crank the volume to 11.

360 Dashboard update arrives!!
Last week, we reported on the new upgrade hitting Xbox 360 Dashboards this week. It's live now, and as promised, only takes about a minute to download. Among the highlighted additions are background downloading, more functionality for the DVD and CD players and support for the upcoming Xbox Live Vision digital camera (slated for a September release). We sifted through the complete list and discovered a few other notables that weren't previously mentioned by Microsoft.
Some of our favorite upgrades include the 360's newfound ability to "up-sample" DVD playback when using the optional VGA adaptor to connect your 360 to a computer monitor, which boosts the clarity of your DVDs for the high-resolution monitors. The convoluted system that made changing your Dashboard Theme a puzzling ordeal has been refined to allow changes to be done from the "System" blade or immediately after downloading a theme directly from the download screen. File copying and moving has been streamlined and sped up too, and while it's small, it's nice to see that playback of mono AAC audio files has been improved - that's podcasts in real-world terms.
If you haven't already received the update, you will be prompted to install it next time you log into Xbox Live.
