The guild, she is not what she used to be, no?
I think left to our own devices it's been proven we cannot keep ourselves entertained. What kept this guild going was it's sense of purpose. A purpose that was given to us by remaining public and drawing attention to ourselves and our ideals.
By joining the guild system and gaining a private forum, we've lost our public relations, and that is what truely kept this guild going I think.
Of course, we could have all finally wised up and just stopped coming to Gaia as well.
I dunno, this is just one guy's late night ramblings.

We could always go team-hijack a few awful threads here on Gaia. Admittedly, yes, our becoming a private forum drained AYGGS of its soul (or at least part of it) even though we are now at peace. I've personally been sitting around here waiting for all y'all to say something insightful, since, you know, I'm bad at that. Plus I've been currently hooked on Dynasty Warriors 5. Goddamn, this game is so repetitive it's good. In additon I've been keeping myself busy with art, as the not-so recent acquiring of my DeviantArt Account currently demands my attention, the job hunt continues with no end in sight, and I've been reading and writing. Boy howdy I've been writing. MagnumT can attest to that.

In my case, I've been busy between work and getting my new computer integrated into the workflow. Getting every last detail nailed down takes time.
Black Raven has been busy. I spoke with him on Josh's #girly channel last night, which is also suffering from a lack of active posters.
I guess it's just the time of the year.

Plus, bloody hell, it's SUMMER. And yours truly's been spending less time (OH NOES!) inside in favour of hunting for pretty ladies wearing little. Since it's really hot already and all that. Oh, and I'm totally addicted to Guild Wars.
All that has to be juggled alongside the ******** university exams. Oof.
And oh I can attest to Kojiro's being a writing maching producing 3 chapters of script (for me, no less) in the space of a couple of weeks. Like a maniac or something. sweatdrop

Yeah its summertime in the Northern Hemisphere, which of course leads me to work more, lurk more, and post less.
Shame really but oh well. Come fall we'll all be back here.

I am going crazy juggling my job, my final projects, appartement hunting, finding a better paying job and going out until monrning hours at any time in the week with my friends who have already finished school.
I seriously haven't logged on to Gaia in a week or more. Even less for livejournal and my e-mail accounts razz I've managed to lurk around deviantart once or twice a week. Seriously, this computer is accumulating dust right now... which reminds me, I've gotta finish my history of art paper... Pictures to take... a painting to sketch out... visiting appartements tomorrow... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! *implodes*
