For those of you that have been through the first Devil May Cry, you more likely than not know about the ability to play as the "Legendary Dark Knight." Whether or not it's Sparda is up to speculation, but I call him Sparda for the hell of it.

As you may or may not know, Sparda plays exactly as Dante does. The only real difference between the two is the fact that Sparda starts with the Yamato sword, which gives him the three Devil Trigger gauges that you usually get by default when you get Alastor with Dante. Other than that, same old, same old.

You may also have some idea of how difficult Dante Must Die difficulty is on there.

For those of you who haven't been through DMD mode, or have only played through it to some extent (other difficulties), I'll break it down in a nutshell.

In DMD mode, enemies get huge offensive and defensive bonuses, including their own Devil Trigger. In their normal forms, they get strong enough to kill you in one or two hits, regardless of whether or not you're in Devil Trigger mode and regardless of how much health you have, and bosses can kill you in one, depending on the attack.

Now, to my point. I have videos of this guy playing through Dante Must Die difficulty as Sparda. He doesn't use data saved over from a cleared game, either (which would let him keep all the skills, health, etc he earned the first time through.); he starts a new game altogether, meaning his health gauge is really small...too small for anyone to be even thinking of playing DMD mode.

The thing about this guy, though is that as he goes through the game, he doesn't pick up any yellow orbs for continues, no blue orb fragments or blue orbs for increased health, he doesn't buy extra DT gauges...hell, this guy doesn't even buy any new skills as he goes through the game, aside from Air Raid and the Stingers. He never really increases past his starting strength.

What's more, he S ranks every single mission, and the craziest thing of all is that he NEVER gets hit. Not even once.
