((This is a spoiler for those who have not seen all of season 2.))
There has been a lot of talk that Jin may not be the father and Sun might have been in an other relationship, so i made this-
Reasons why it's Jin's baby-
Jin is Sun's husband, and Sun loves him even though Jin does have a bad temper. They had tried for a baby before, and the island could have healed Jin from his inferitiliaty problem, just like the island healed Rose and Locke.
Reasons why it may not be Jin's-
Sun was going to leave Jin and maybe while she had her meeting with the English teacher they had an affair because at that point she was positive that she was going to leave Jin. I also think Sun was really upset with him at some points, him being so protective over her, not letting her show any skin, got really mad at her when he realized that Sun had a inferitiliaty problem ((even though it was really Jin.)) Sun has a really hard time telling Jin things. He was like the last one on the island who knew that she spoke English. She didn't even tell Jin that he was the one who couldn't have children. After she told Jin that she was pregnet, when she was hugging him she made a really strange face.
Reasons why it's Michael's baby-
Michael was the first one to find out that Sun spoke english. They always secretly talked behind Jin's back because she didn't want Jin to know that she spoke English. So I think Jin suspected something there. Michael and Jin were the only people Sun could communicate with until everyone knew that she spoke english. Also, Michael ran into Sun naked, and he asked Sun if she could watch Walt for him. Why would Michael ask someone who doesn't understand English to watch Walt? Why not Claire or someone? Also Michael even got mad at Jin for touching Sun and telling him to get his hands off of her.
Reasons why it may not be Michael's baby-
Even though it seemed like they had a secret relationship, Sun respects her husband and she knows that it's not his fault that he does things that Sun doesn't like for work.
Reasons why it's the English teacher's baby-
Sun had frequent meetings with him and even talked about Jin. Jin had no idea that she was taking English lessons. Sun told the English teacher that she was going to leave Jin, so maybe she figured she would have an affair with him.
Reasons why it may not be the English teacher's baby-
Sun had a lot of mixed emotions i think everytime she visits the English teacher and still wasn't sure if she was going to leave Jin or not.

I'm kind of hoping that it's Mike's (Yay, little maybe psychic sibling for Walt!) but I really doubt it. It's probably just Jin's and the island healed him.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's Jin's.
It may not seem likely, yet the 'healing powers' thing, makes a lot of sence.
