I agree with WS. Gaia could be very time consuming... as could be computer games in general (or simply video games...), the TV is too. You might want to look at your everyday schedule and figure out what times up the most time.

Make sure you take time at least once a week for some 'me' time. Forget everyone else(unless there's an emergency of course) for a bit and do whatever your heart desires. Everyone deserves some time to relax.
