- Children who can develop their powers in the meta: Are those who have already had their medical evaluations, or are in the process of getting it done. Currently: ... everyone except for Varian.

If someone does not respond to their first post in two days, you have the right to miss them. Unless they have taken a hiatus leave that leaves them castrated, if they disappear in the middle of the meta, I'll intercede and "kidnap them", or whatnot.

Again, that is the tentative grouping so far. It may change as the meta progresses.
