Southeast A-408 Inhabitants: x. Louise Enileve The apartment is a rather simple thing, all the rooms stemming off through a short hallway from the living room, the largest room. Immediately upon entering you are faced with a partial view of the balcony, small as it may be and the general layout of the living room. Where Louise lives her life in black and white terms her apartment does not follow these rules. The walls are painted a deep maroon and are accented with a small cutout set a diagonal has glass shelves and serves as a display for some of Louise’s prettier things. On the back wall also hang three paintings that were a house-warming gift from her foster mother. Her carpet is a stark white that’s never seen a stain and her couches are a light tan made out of some seriously soft suede. In the center of the room is a wrought iron table with a glass top. Directly across from this is the entertainment center, a large oak thing that houses her T.V. and sound system. If you take two big steps towards the living room and turn right you’ll find yourself in the small kitchen that’s joined to the living room via a little nook. The walls here are kept white in an attempt to make the room look large and the cabinets are dark. The furnishings are all chrome and up to date but because there is such a lack of room here there’s no table, just a breakfast bar with two chairs. Just past the kitchen/dinning area you’ll enter a hallway that ends with three doors. Directly to the left is the master bedroom, the only bedroom. It’s furnishings are much more grand than those of the living room and the kitchen. The floors are made of a shiny hardwood and the walls are painted a soft dusty green color. The armoire, bed frame and the two side tables on either side of the bed are made of the same black wood. In the corner is a dark whicker chair with a white seat and a green pillow that matches the wall. The linens on the bed are a clean white with tope, cream and dark blue accent pillows. Under the bed is a woven rug with a thick black border. On the side tables are placed two tall black lamps and some flowers in interesting looking vases. The two small windows on the opposite wall from the door has been transformed into the focal point of the room with the addition of a white window seat hidden behind a cream colored curtain. The center door leads to the bathroom in all of it’s utilitarian glory. It’s a small space that can’t really be decorated without the consent of the landlord but Louise has done the best she could with what she could. There’s a sink and a tub/shower and a toilet. White tile on the floors and walls. Since the cabinets were a light brown color Louise decided to go with a light honey color for everything else and it turned out rather nice. The last room, the room on the left side of the hall, is an office, plain and simple. Dark gray walls and the same hardwood floors as in the master bedroom. There’s a desk with a computer, a phone and cabinets filled with information pertaining to Louise’s line of business. In the opposite corner from the desk unit is a treadmill and a set of dial-up weights for those stupid, unfortunate days when Louise can’t get out to the gym. Light green decorations give the room a feminine feel.

Lu held the envelope with two hands, ruffling through the letter as she pleased before entering her apartment and locking the door. What’s this? No “dead or alive”? Seems I’m going out of fashion.. The letter was stored in her office file cabinet for further reviewing later.

Louise collapsed onto her bed in a heap of singed clothing and bruised body. Forcing herself up she changed with painstakingly slow deliberation, trying oh-so hard not to pull a muscle that she knew was already far to tender.
Once dressed in soft black sweatpants and a new black turtleneck tank top Lu limped into her office and melted into her comfy chair, wheeling it up to the desk she turned on her computer and began to click away, trying to find even more information than she had earlier.

A letter was slipped under Louise's door, there was no address, but it contained an advanced payment of 25 marks, and a small note for her to take care of a troublesome comedian by the name of Lewis Creedy (check NPC-Bio's under entertainment)). Dead, not alive, with a payment of 150 when the deed is done. Making it look like an accident or by a super would be appreciated. He will be at Ms. Reuben's party, and Lu's name will be on the guest list. It was signed by Hendricks, one of the top PSO's

Luke walked outside on the sidewalk with his hands shoved in his pockets and the hood over his face. His back was slouched and his eyes were focused on the ground. He felt greatful that the night air was cool and dry as opposed to warm and humid, which would've made him uncomfortable.

Louise had just gotten to the door when she found the letter. Reading it through quickly she frowned and thought. Hadn’t there been someone walking past her apartment a few minutes before?
Picking the letter up she marched outside and shouted at the fleeing person. “Hey! If you’re going to bring me mail at least wait till I get home so I can ask some questions!” Her arms were flailing about, she looked like an insane person.

Luke stopped, turned around and raised an eyebrow as if to say, "Excuse me, but what the hell are you talking about?" of course, he didn't say anything. So he stood there, confused for a moment and then shook his head and turned around again.
