It was chaos
The reports were still coming in about what the demands were, but as far as the militia was concerned it didn't matter. No matter what the newsies say, there was only one option.
Tso looked at Karazuma and sighed. "It wasn't bad enough that they picked a hospital was it? They had to pick THE Hospital. The one where the bioagents were being studied... ah balls." As Karazuma gave him a look he said, "yeah, yeah... I know thats probably the reason they chose it in the first place. Tell the team to suit up. We're going to want to be ready for urban combat, but no collateral damage. If that hospital comes down or is irredeemable It'll be a disaster in the papers, not to mention that we'll probably still be inside it."
And so it was that the Militia ended up driving up to a small 5 floor hospital. "It's essentially a tower, so we need to clear the first floor fast. If we can do that, we can keep them from getting out. However, We've detected an incoming chopper about 20 minutes out and holding. Normally we'd shoot it down, but Its staying entirely over developed areas. We think its waiting for a signal from the guys inside. I'll be operating Command and Control from in here, Karazuma is the squad leader. Got it? Move out!"
Tso kicked open the back door of the van and watched his team jump out.

The First floor is only accessible via large glass doors in the front. These are thought to be heavily guarded.
