Name: Alianne McLeer-Wong (AKA Aly)
Description: Aly is 22 years old and 5’2 in height. Her hazel eyes contain flecks of green that are only noticeable up close or when she is angry or amused; they are framed by long feathery black lashes. Her mouth is usually turned up in a mischievous smile, coated in dark lip gloss to accent its width and full lower lip. Her nose is small and delicate, with a slight dusting of freckles. Her skin is a few shades darker than creamy ivory. Her hair is jet black (with hues of dark blue), long and silky, and although she usually ties it up into a pony tail to keep it out of the way, there are always a few wisps of rebellious hair that manage to escape and frame her face and forehead. Her facial features show her mixed heritage of Chinese and Irish. Her figure is lean and shapely, but not voluptuous. It is a body made to be stealthy and nimble. She usually wears loose fitting clothes to conceal the weapons that she always carries on her person.

Personality: Aly is always looking for fun. She’s easy going and feels comfortable around everyone, friend or foe. Although she enjoys a good jest, she’s the first to hold her tongue, knowing the importance of silence. She’s observant and startlingly perceptive of people’s characters and moods. She prefers to be in the shadows rather than the spotlight and has uncanny powers of persuasion. She’s manipulative and cunning, and doesn’t hesitate to do what’s in her best interest or for self survival. Her friends have her undying loyalty and her enemies, her unrelenting wrath. She’s sly and never speaks directly if she can help it, preferring riddles to bluntness. She doesn’t trust people easily and tries to be self reliant, although this usually gets her into more trouble then if she would only trust people. One of her rules is “never drink” because a loose tongue is a dangerous thing.
History: Aly’s father was a spy master from Ireland and he passed down his spy knowledge of code breaking, lock picking, lip reading and multiple languages to her. Her mother was a Chinese secret agent and modern day warrior. From her mother, she learned how to master the art of throwing knives/daggers, as well as different forms of martial arts. Her twin brother, Alex, died at the age of 19, poisoned by someone he thought was a friend. He was her best friend and confidant. Since then she trusts no one, afraid that she may make the same mistake. Her parents were friends with a lot of people with super powers, though they possessed none themselves. The powers must have skipped a generation because her grandmother on her mother’s side was a fortune teller with the power of sight, and her grandmother on her father’s side had the power of ice. Her brother had the power to control the weather and see into people’s minds, but he was too trusting of others, which was his downfall. She has somehow found her way into Union City and is not interested in drawing any attention.
Occupation of Choice: Spy agent, but she'll take what she can get. (

Main Power: Control of Ice/Freezing. She can create and manipulate ice/snow by using water from her surroundings, including moisture in the air or ground. Even people give off moisture. She can freeze people into immobility and can create ice daggers and such weapons. She can sometimes control snow if she puts all her effort into it, causing a gentle snow storm to turn into a blizzard. But that usually drains her of all her energy, so she rarely tries it.
Secondary Power: The power of sight. She can detect other people’s powers as an aura around their person, which means she can tell ordinary people apart from supers. She can detect poisons in food and drink. She can tell if someone is lying. She can sharpen her sight so that she can see in the dark and at far distances in perfect detail.
Weakness: Aly has to keep hydrated. If she is too hot or doesn’t drink enough, she has black outs. Fire is the best thing to use against her since it heats up the air and takes away the moisture.
