Personality: Generally personable and fairly easygoing on the outside. He makes friends easily, and most people who meet him initially like him. However, he can also be strict when the time calls for it, and shows no mercy to his enemies.
Bio: A young captain in the Specials during AC 195, he was a top level mobile suit pilot who participated in, and survived many battles, including Treize's attack on the White Fang. However, he is strongly dismayed by the weakness shown by the current earth government which possesses very few military weapons. Using the many connections he formed during his time with OZ, he has begun to secretly acquire many weapons of war, and plans on forcing the people of earth to rebuild their armies and become strong warriors once again.

sad I don't have a picture so may I use a description instead?) Leon stands at 6'1. His hair is shot and its clock is jet black and combed neatly. His dark brown dark brown eyes that shine with ambition are usually hidden behind black shades that he rarely takes off. His skin is of a dark complexion that comes from his Hispanic/Latino ancestry. He always wears a black suit even in combat unless his clothes get dirty and he does not have an extra set nearby to put on.
Bio: A former member of the Organization of the Zodiac(more specifically OZ Prize) he joined the Romefeller Foundation after returning from Earth just as OZ split into two factions. At the end of the Eve Wars Leon after fighting against White Fang disappeared taking with him a couple of Virgo II's and the remains of the Vayeate and Mercurius and what little he could get from the ruins of battleship Libra. He was last seen piloting a MMS-01 Serpent in the Mariemia Army and soon after disappeared before surrendering taking the mobile suit with him. What has happened to him is unknown but he is a high level threat to the Preventers thanks to the mobile suits he has amassed.

Personality:Seig is slightly arrogant and cocky. He is very capable of being one of the best mobile suit pilots and he knows it, thus causing him to push away the important things and make mistakes in his judgment. He also has a strong desire to protect people, although due to his extreme love of being the best, he puts the ones he cares about in danger, those people being only his young sister and whoever he decides are his friends. He enjoys doing things alone and he keeps a mass majority of his feelings hidden, although if the situation arises where he must gain one's trust, he has the natural ability to fake an emotion in order to proceed as planned. More of Seig's background is hidden and the look of his eyes detail that there is a vast unknown part of his history which even he may be unaware of.

Reason for joining the preventers: Seig used to work for a Mobile Suit Testing Facility on his home colony. He Was ranked as the second best pilot only to his best friend up until the point of his accident. During the testing of a new prototype mobile suit, the lost control and destroyed a section of the colony. The nuclear powered mech project and Seig were released from the colony. After this, he traveled with a group of people who stole mobile suits from separate facilities and made their way to earth where they set out on their own to create a new life for themselves, taking only what they needed to survive and defend themselves. Shortly after this incident, Seig sat back and watched the war waged between the colonies and earth from a comfortable position aboard a rebel cruiser. There, he made the pledge to himself that he would not allow further actions such as that to pass. During the Period of peace between the colonies and Earth, Seig signed up for the preventors, although during the case which caused the Gundams to be returned from their path to the sun, Seig had been preoccupied with his own problems.

Character Name: Wyll Greiysyn (Greyson) AKA Preventer Ice

Gender: male
Personality: Kind, peaceful and very very easy going, like Duo and Quatre mixed together. But when the time comes, the former OZ soldier within takes over and, well, a** gets kicked. He has strong leadership skills and is an exceptionally skilled MS Pilot. So much so that when Treize was looking for pilots to test the Epyon's Zero system, he volunteered because he thought it would be fun...
Picture(no saying that it is like your avi, actually post a picture): I have none (If someone could draw a picture it would be great) but here's the description: Head-wise, he has dark blue eyes, Long, blue hair but shaggyish in the front. For his body, he wears the preventer uniform, but has a blue t-shirt instead of grey. Shoes are runners and he wears the biker/weightlifting(don't really know which type they are but they have straps)gloves.
Reason for joining the preventers: because he has a strong loyalty to OZ, he knows it's what Treize would have wanted him to do. He has friends and family on earth and in the colonies that he wishes to protect, even though he hardly shows it.
