This is better than most of the quizzes I've seen. Not exactly clinical, but certainly better than the "DO U LYK SATIN?!1?/!? YES OR NO?!?!??/?!!1 IF YeS THAN UR A GOFF!!1!!" that you'll typically find.
My highest were "Vampire Goth" and "Renaissance Goth", both at 70%. My lowest were "Not a Goth" and "Fetish Goth".
