Ok this is where cloud village academy students come to learn cloud village basics. If you think you don't need to be a student pm me and I'll give you the genin exam and test you.  1.
All academy students should know ninja rankings in order.
((least to greatest))
1. Academy student
2. Genin
3. Chuunin
4. Jonin
5. ANBU/ Missing nin
6. Senin
7. Kage
8. Legendary ninjas

All students from the lightning village are expected to be able to learn basics such as the following.
1. Henge no jutsu(transformation jutsu)- usre can tranform into anything.
2. Ground Lightning Summon Technique [Jibeta Raiton Meshi no Jutsu]- The user does a series of seals, gathering chakra to the hands. Doing so, the user places both palms on the ground, and summons the magnetic current from the ground. The user then pulls the current upwards, making a line of electric static all over the place. This is the source for other various Lightning Based Techniques.
3. Thunder Cloud Technique [Raiun No Jutsu]- This jutsu summons a thunder cloud above you. The static and humidity caused by this makes using Lightning-based Ninjutsu much easier. The effect does not stack. This jutsu does not effect Genjutsu techniques.
4. Kyougaku Fuukaku - Sao Hensa(Shocking Style - Pole Variation)- By lining the body up with electricity, the user can now inflict shocks by simply touching the opponent. This electricity conducts to a metal pole that the user holds.
5. Body Switch Skill [Kawarimi no Jutsu]- A basic skill involving quickly switching the body with another plant, animal or inanimate object. This is used to confuse the opponent momentarily and create an opportunity to attack or possibly escape. Can only be used twice per battle.

*picks up the scroll for Ground Lightning Summon Technique, examing it. after studying it closly, ph3r does a series of seals, gathering chakra his hands. He places both palms on the ground, and summons the magnetic current from the ground. After that, he messes up and loses the magnetic current and has to try again. Ph3r trys the technique again, this time pulling the current upwards, making a line of electric static all over the place.*

*ph3r studies the scroll for 4. Shocking Style - Pole Variation. he picks up a metal pole and trys it, but ends up shocking himself and dropping the pole. r31gn falls off of his shoulder. he picks up the pole and trys again. this time he doesnt let go of the pole and shocks himself worse. smoke rises from his body, and r21gn is knocked unconcious, but it eventually stops. he touches a practice dummy, shocking it. he then deactivated the technique and layed down to recover from the shock.*

*after a few minutes ph3r pick up the next scroll: Thunder Cloud Technique. he studies this one longer, and decides how he will do it, as he did not want to be shocked again. this time he performs it correctly and creates a thunder cloud above him.* "seeing as ive mastered all these techniques... im outta here" *he picks up the monkey, r31gn, and leaves*

Kidoh studies the scrolls seeing them as fairly because of his bloodline. He does his hands signs and soon masters the tequinice. {sp?} He smiles and twirls his giant scissors in victory. He runs a hand through his hair and puts the scissors back in their slot then walks out slowly.
