Here is a list of the Japanese Kanjis and finishing attacks. During the second plot arc, the Ronins power their attacks up by using, for instance "Ultra Ballistic Heaven's Shockwave," for Rowen. Those attacks have writing at the bottom of the screen. You would add "so dando" before each attack.

I'm new, and the Ronin Legacy intrigues me, until I can re-watch some of the episodes, which I have not seen in a LONG time, i'll need alot of background information. I requested to play as The Ancient. I've done some research on him, and he matches my personality. But I still need background information, especially since this (??) follows a pre-set storyline (??).

Well, you could play the Ancient in the past (3000 BC) or the present (2010 AD), as a spirit. We're staying as close to what happened in the series as possible, thus far.
As far as the Ancient himself...his Japanese name was Kaos, pronounced "Kowse." He was a guardian of sorts, sent to oppose Talpa when Talpa originally came to take over things. To the best of my knowledge, the "past" is before Talpa shows up. In that storyline, he's a samurai, not a monk or a priest or anything. He carries a sword with that weird decorations on it, which remind me of Mercury, from the Greek and Roman myths.
You can play him any way you want. Not much is given out in the series as to what kind of person he was, or what he did before he split Talpa's armor into nine parts, so it's up to you. Post a bio of him in the "Bio" section and go from there.

In the past right now, the Ancient is a warrior, but a very good one. He is friends with Shadowsage, Kaylyn, and the other people who will become the Ronin Warriors. In this RP, Kaylyn is going to try to make the armors, but in the end, the Ancient will have to keep her from getting herself killed.

Here are some of the Ancient's abilities:
He's able to build a star-shaped rainbow about him to act as a shield (the Circle of Light).
He's able to build energy bridges from one realm to another (Talpa can do this, as well)
He can "talk" to White Blaze, which is his companion, since there aren't any Ronin Warriors yet.
I also left a list explaining the different posting areas in The Rules area. That's about all I can think of for now!

A quick side note:
For whatever reason, none of the three warlords or Kayura receieved upgrades to their armors, as shown in the OVA Message. Therefore, all the warlords, and whoever bears Anubis's armor, will have power slightly more than that seen in the last few episodes of the series. The warlords, by following the virtues of their armors, will be a little stronger.

Here's the introduction for most of the episodes in the second plot arc of the show:
"In ancient times of legend, when an evil spirit pervaded the world, the prayers of those who wished for peace realized a particular holy warrior. It is said that the warrior, in his shining armor, chased out the evil spirit. However, that evil created a world of hate and bitterness and, with the aim of bringing on calamity, had once again invaded the human realm. It was then that the holy armor of legend was resurrected here. This was the Inferno Armor."

Japanese names of the armors
Wildfire = Rekka
Halo = Kourin (Nimbus)
Strata = Tenku (Heavens)
Hardrock = Kongo (Stone)
Torrent = Suiko
For instance, when Ryo calls his armor, he always says, "Musou Rekka!" meaning "The Power of Wildfire!"

Venombabe ....Ryo's virtue in Japanese is Righteousness It can either way, depending on how you translate it. It means the same thing, basically...

Japanese forms of address
(Most of what I know comes from watching Dragon Ball and Yoroiden Samurai Troopers)
Name structure: The family name comes first, the first name second. In Japan, Harrison Ford would be "Ford Harrison."
Family name address: This is uncommon, because, for instance, if Gohan and Goku were in the same room, and somebody said "Son," it wouldn't be clear who they were talking to.
First name address: This is the more common way to talk to, or refer to someone. The Japanese language doesn't distinguish "first-name terms", as everyone calls everyone else by their individual (second) name.
-san: This is a polite form of address. It's equivalent to "Mister." (Goku-san)
-sama: This is a flattering form of address, and usually shows up when someone is really arrogant. It roughly means "Lord" or "God". (Majin Buu-sama)
-kun: This is a way of talking to someone younger than you, or someone inferior to you. (Trunks-kun)
-chan: A way of talking to someone who is family or who is a close friend. Using this suffix means you feel really close to the person whose name you use. (Pan-chan)
-sensei: This is a way of referring to someone with a great deal more talent than you, usually someone who is master at what they do. (Redjic-sensei)
-sa: Chi-chi calls Goku "Goku-sa" all the time, but I don't know if that's because she's using some dialect of her own or because this suffix is a way of talking to someone you are really intimate with.
-jin: Used to refer to a race, or a people from one country. The word "Saiyan" is a botched translation, because the Japanese is actually "Saiya-jin" and Baby talks about everyone giving him their "Saiya" powers in Dragonball GT. The correct translation is "Saiyas."
