I love all kinds of guitar style. Rock, Jazz, Blues, Metal, Funk, all that stuff and more. surprised Except for country. I hate country. burning_eyes (and rap)

I like just about every genre of metal and rock.
I hate emo and screamo with though.

I prefer Heavy and Power metal.
Can't stand s**t like trivium. If they could go a song without grunting, I'd give 'em another chance.

If they could go a song without grunting, I'd give 'em another chance. actually on their next cd they'll be no screaming, or so they told guitar world...anyways I like lots of generes, most rock, and metal, except black metal, emo, screamo, most punk and well yeah... I also like classical music, flamenco, a little bit of jazz and um.. other things

My original favourite will always rank above all else, which is the blues (all denominations, including blues-rock). Recently i've been delving heavily into Metal, which isnt that surprising since ive always listened to more metal than blues. blues is just more fun for me to play normally.

thrash and death metal are my favorite genres to play, but i play hard rock and some punk too, and some ska for my band

Favorite genre? Rock. Favorite sub-genre of said genre? I'm a progressive rock guy. Couldn't pick a song.
EDIT: When I play guitar, I like soloing the blues. Time changes and long crap is cool too, AKA the prog. >_> Wanted to add that.
