Positions Within the Squad
Special Intelligence Team-
Basicly a think tank. If you like coming up with ideas and plans then this is for you. They will design most of our strategies and missions. If you're in the team you will be basicly keeping track of information and planning our next move. It would be good for this team to work closely with the Espionage/Investigation team to get the best information possible.
Advertisement/Recruiting Team-
These are pretty much our public relations people. You'll be going outside of the guild to get the word across. You'll also be in charge of any negatiations that we should need to have. This team will do a lot of recruiting new members, finding new allies, and coming up with more ways to get the Alliances name out there. Its important to have good people skills, as well as decent spelling, and grammar.
Espionage/Investigation Team-
You guys will be finding out everything we can about the enemy. Basicly you need to do as much digging into the background of anyone who could possibly oppose the alliance as possible. To do this you'll need to be convincing as an opposer of our beliefs, and you'll probably need to have a mule. It would be nice if you already had a clothed mule with a few posts under its belt.
Recovery/Infiltration Team-
You guys are the risk takers. You go in on retrieval missions, if the enemy has something we need you get it. Also, if we need a small group attack you guys will go in first. You will have the most dangerous job. Now, I don't really /like/ to piss off other users, so we will always send in negotiators first. You will only go in upon failure of that.
