this is our home in the country, it's Caroline's Great Aunt's home that has been passed down to her. It's my favorite place ever, it connects into the forest and there's even a stream! Also there are the most beautiful gardens and a maid! It's only an hour away from Go Go, so sometimes we stay here longer than in the city.

A beautiful rattle Mia recieved from Arafel on christmas this year. She loves to shake it to the beats of the music coming from the radio :3

Pets

Pinki
A winter wonderland appeared before her eyes. Tiny flakes of white sprinkling softly to the ground. Mia looked like a snow angel, her nose and cheeks rosy with delight as her snowy white locks peeked out through her pink and white pom pom hat. "Dander-ruff!" she grinned, gazing at the wonderful site in front of her. Mia hoped down form the stairs where she stood and crunched into the fresh snow. "Mush!" Her eyes smiled, following the snowflakes and the lost wandering birds. Was this a heaven she had never seen before, maybe she could go ice skating on the stream...but wait... Mia started to dash through the snow, her feet dragging an invisible weight. "Fleur! Fleur!" The toddler pointed to a rather large wild flower that poked through the snow. Caroline had taught Mia that flowers only grew on warm sunny days, and this certainly wasn't one. The curious girl bent down, her butt feeling a cool sensation as she did so. Her finger poked the flower for a bit. Mia backed away a bit as she heard a strange little peep, but of course she went back to examine the flower once more. "Peep?" She repeated, maybe there was a kitten in there or something. "Hello?" Her fingers lingered upon the flower, she flicked it a bit and it went sideways. Suddenly the flower burst open and a small pink object nuzzled into Mia's jacket.
User Image
Her eyes went wide, it was so tiny and pink! How Mia wondered what it was. She scooped it into her mitten and ran back to the steps to show Caroline her new discovery. "Moom! Look wha I find!" The todder opened her hands and revealed the tiny creature. "I find in flower!" She nodded and turned her head to point to it, but it was gone.

"Mia, you don't find these things in flowers..." Caroline gulped and ushered Mia back inside, they were going to need to talk.

fat chests and a frilly dress.
[Open RP]

Swish-swish. Swish-swish. It was never easy to squeeze through the door of the clinic in intentionally too-frilly clothing, but Luna never did like flinging the door wide open. What if someone was within striking distance? She'd never forgive herself if something were to happen.

Jokeph, as always, was a few paces behind her, eyeing the clinic warily as he held a sturdy folder packed with paperwork in one gloved hand.

Updated medical records from Neilan, a note in June's handwriting read. Neither Luna nor Jokeph had an interest in the contents, however. Jokeph simply wanted to get the folder delivered.

Luna, on the other hand, scanned the clinic for anyone she knew.

Elle had been sitting in the clinic for a while now. She'd accidentally got herself a bit more sunburnt than usual, and had ended up with an entire back of red peeling skin. That somehow also reacted with the scales from her tail, the ones that trailed slightly up Elle's back.

It didn't hurt now, not after the cream she'd been able to get from the clinic, but Elle had decided to sit around and wait anyway. She wanted less sunshine on her back when she walked home... that, and she liked the excuse to wait around. Maybe she'd run into someone?

Elle glanced up at the sound of the door opening. Her jaw dropped as she stared in disbelief at who was coming through. It, that is, she looked familiar, and the man behind her was familiar. Elle felt an involuntary heat creep up her neck and cheeks at the sight of him. She might not have a huge crush on him but it was still embarrassing!

She forced herself to look back at the teenager. Just who was that, anyway?

Elle! Hihihi! With a light touch to Jokeph's shoulder (Just a few minutes, Jo?), Luna trotted toward the VERY welcome face in the clinic.

Elle! I never thanked you properly for the letter you sent! It was so beautiful and-- She slowed to a halt as she squinted at Elle. Did something happen? Are you all right?

Quietly hunched under a chair, little miss Mia counted her 10 fingers; well, at least pretended to. Caroline had gone in for some unknown reason, so she had no choice but to leisurely rest in the coolest spot...under a chair. As the door opened, Mia peeked her head out with curiosity. When her eyes caught site of Luna’s outfit, her gray eyes smiled. “Whoa.” She spoke with a loud squeal of excitement. Never had she seen an outfit of such greatness, of such frill and fancy; Mia had to have it. The toddler gazed at Luna, pondering the time to jump up and take hold of the beautiful fabric. Her eyes followed Luna and stopped as she started to speak to Elle. That was then the devious toddler started to plot.

Oh, Luna!" Elle could reconize that voice anywhere. She couldn't believe it though, Luna had gone from little kid to teenager. "I didn't reconize you for a moment, you've grown!"

She blinked at the question. "I got sunburn today. Nothing too bad, just annoying. The letter was no problem, I was wondering how you were and I thought you'd like it... and speaking of how you were, how are you?"

Elle hadn't noticed the toddler in the corner yet.

Luna was well aware of the toddler's presence. To Luna, Mia's impulses came out loud and clear.... and they brought a faint smile to her face. Her eyes seemed to twinkle as she discreetly covered her mouth with one hand, keeping a small part of her mind trained on Mia, should she attempt anything TOO rash, but otherwise trying to appear outwardly oblivious.

We have company, Luna projected as quietly as she could manage. Sssh. Don't let her know I sense her.

With that, the projections grew strong once more. Jo and I both loved it so much-- I'm going to have to do something for you in return, you know!

Something was fishy, but Mia didn’t take too much of a notice to it. She began to crawl under the rows of chairs, her aim was the chair occupied by Elle. As Mia was coming close, she paused and peeked her head out from under the chair. “Oh noes.” She cried aloud, breaking her cover. Mia slithered back beneath the chair with a sigh, a large black bag jamming up her roadway. Time for plan B. Revealing herself to the world, Mia began to stand up and amble over to Luna. “Cuse’ me m’amz.” She said in her bravest voice, like a lion. “You wanna trade dresses?” Her head wings flickered for a moment with hope as her fingers wrapped around a small part of her own soft pink jersey dress. “It soft an’ goodz for travelin’” Mia nodded with a bright grin.

Luna knew something. Elle blinked at her and gave a tiny nod when she'd been told what was going on. So instead of letting ehrself away, she just shifted in her seat so that the tail wasn't caught so bad (who designed these seats anyway?!) and answered Luna. "You don't have to, it was a lot of fun to make."

She blinked when a a loud 'oh noes!' came from underneath her and nearly jumped up out of the chair. Luna had warned her, but still... it was a very little her to fit under there!

But at the toddler's next comment, Elle tried to hide a big grin, waiting for Luna's reply.

Luna's giggles intensified at Elle's reaction, but when Mia finally came forward and asked that absolutely darling question, Luna quieted. Laughter would've been quite inappropriate in a situation like this, and Luna knew it.

Instead, she lowered herself to one knee, putting a hand on Mia's shoulders and looking her directly in the eye.

How am I going to fit into your dress, little one? The projection came with a feeling of playfulness; and even if Mia couldn't hear either, the gentle smile on Luna's face would hopefully be enough to convince her that Luna meant no harm.

Mia gazed up at Luna with large puppy eyes, and as the laughter rang in her ears, her eyes began to water. This wasn’t a laughing situation; it was a situation of life or death! The toddler glanced over at Elle with a pout and rubbed her eyes with a chubby fist. She began face Luna as she got on one knee, a pout still intact. Mia was somewhat confused when she had the same feeling she had when she spoke to Ilex; did everyone have speech impairment around here? After listening to what Luna had to say, Mia grunted. “Just becuz you fat don’t meanz we can’t trade!” Caroline always complained she couldn’t fit into some of her clothes because she was too fat, maybe Luna had the same problem.

"Aww... I'm not laughing at you, I'm laughing with you. You have very good taste in clothing!" Elle replied, wriggling out of the chair with a wince and kneeling beside Luna and the toddler.

She smiled, though she felt that frustation of her own ignorance welling up slightly. She liked kids enough, her mum sure had enough of them, but sometimes Elle had no idea what to do with them.

Luna tilted her head at Elle, a faint question being projected. Frustration? Why? She seemed just fine with Luna.

And as she turned her attention back to Mia, she mentally noted that Mia was one extremely lucky girl for asking the "fat" question to someone who knew what exactly she meant!

Yes, I don't mouthspeak well, Luna explained, smiling a bit sheepishly. And it's not that I'm fat, it's that I'm big. If you were to wear my dress, it would fall off. And if I were to wear your dress, I would rip it. With that, she patted Mia gently on the head. I wish I could have a dress as pretty as yours, but I couldn't bear to rip it.

“I not laughinz.” Mia eyed Elle, than started to randomly laugh. “I guess I doz.” She shrugged as if it were, you know, just a thing. “I guezz I no rip my dressez in doing trade.” The toddler hadn’t realized before, if she on with the trade than her precious ‘easy to travel’ dress may get ruined in the process. What a shame. Mia bit her lip than frowned. “You promiz when I get fat here, I getz to hav yo’ dresses?” Her eyes suddenly lit up as she pointed to her own flat chest.

The laughter relaxed Elle. It was just a toddler, not some ultrasensitive monster from the brink of the dark. (Like what Elle sometimes suspected Lirael to be.) She was just being silly.

"I'm sure you could find a dress just like it in a shop, you know. With lots of frills."

Luna would've quickly agreed with Elle, but found herself suddenly too embarrassed to speak-- or project any coherent thoughts.

Fat...here?!

...Well.

For perhaps the first time in her life, Luna blushed.

“Fo’ realz?” Mia asked with delight, the common saying had been implanted into her mind. Thank you MTV. “You thinkz you buyz me one?” She readied her eyes for the puppy dog of innocence look. “You knowz, I so tiny. I no monies.” Which was a fact, Mia was far too young for a job. Maybe the 'kindness of strangers' thing really worked. “Whatz wrong with herz?” Mia glanced over at Luna blushing; did she eat something and have to go to the bathroom? The toddler often turned red when she had to go.

Elle did notice Luna's blush, and for a startling moment, also noticed that Luna was 'fat there'. Luna really was a teenager! Elle wasn't sure if she should be glad for Luna or feel pity.

She laughed again at the toddler. "I might be able to find you something when I go shopping. What's your favorite color?"

Oh... wonderful. Now Elle was calling attention to it and--

...

Indeed, it would be time to clamp both hands over her mouth. It wasn't like she was going to say anything embarrassing, but the gesture was still appropriate. Luna thought.

“Omigee, you ma bestest friendz!” Mia squealed and flung her arms around Elle. “We chill sometimez?” She asked with a cheesy smile. On MTV, chill has been used many times.
Hmm, from the looks of it, it appeared that Luna was getting pretty bad. Mia resided away from Elle and waddled over to a pink bag. After a few minutes of rummaging, she held up a diaper and walked back over to Luna. “It happenz all da time. no be sorriez.” Mia repeated her own mother’s words as she flung the diaper at Luna.

"Okay, we can chill sometimes." Elle laughed, and hugged the toddler back. Well... now it wasn't going so bad. As long as the little girl didn't get teary again. Elle couldn't bear seeing little kids cry.

She blinked as Mia went off to retrieve a diaper for Luna. THat was just... huh?!

Luna couldn't get frustrated, angry, or insulted. She just... couldn't. She knew exactly what was going on in Mia's head, and it was all a perfectly logical explanation from her point of view. But one thing was quickly leading to another, which was quickly leading to another...

Her mind speech wasn't producing anything coherent. Embarrassment rolled off of her in droves. Unable to communicate in a way she thought the younger girl could understand, she went to her last resort.

"...E....Eh... Eh'kus me."

Leaving the diaper behind, she stumbled to her feet as quickly as she could -- no easy feat, considering the small platforms on her shoes -- and ran to the bathroom.

Jokeph followed her as quickly as he could manage, his face lined with worry and his thoughts unconcerned with privacy. After all, it wasn't a toilet Luna was looking for; it was isolation.

“Cool dawg.” Mia managed to produce a wink as she let loose a giggle. “Ruffruff!” She stuck out her tongue, not quite grasping the concept of ‘cool dawg’.

Mia gazed at Luna as she ran off, but the shock of hearing her speak hadn’t worn off. Her eyes glided back and forth until she realized what she had done, Mia had made an oppsie. “Ohnoes.” She put her hands on her mouth and started to waddle after Luna. As she reached the door of the bathroom, she knocked on it ...well whacked on it. “Mia make oppsie! Mia make oppsie!” The toddler cried as she hammered on the door.

"Yes, cool dog." Elle laughed too. Then she saw Luna run off, Mia followed soon after. Elle was left there blinking. Huh?

She had no idea what to do. For a few moments she thought about following but her back had started to ache again... and she could see that there was cloud cover. An even bigger plus was that she would't miss the bus!

Elle knew that now was probably a good time to rush home before the cream wore off and the sun came back. But she didn't want to leave Luna! ...on the other hand, this toddler would probably fix whatever was wrong.

And Elle would always be able to visit Luna for a girly chat. Which she intended on doing anyway.

She had no idea what to do so she scribbled a 'I'll call you or call me my phone number is ----- -Elle!', slid it under the door and hurried in the direction of the bus stop.

Luna bit her lip, staring at the door from the comfort of Jokeph's arms. She didn't want to upset Mia further, but she just couldn't will herself out. What was WRONG with her? Normally, things like that rolled off of her like water off a duck's back, but now--?

It's... all right. She finally projected, suddenly very vividly feeling Elle's absence.

“What are you doing Mia, if you have to go to the bathroom you knock nicely.” Caroline stepped in and whisked Mia into her arms.

“mommy, moomy. Mia make oppsie.” She wiggled and pleaded, her finger pointing towards the door.

“Hun, we’ll fix the oppsie later, we gotta rush home for Project Runway.” Mia’s mom winked at Mia and patted her head gently.

Mia pouted, she knew she made an oppsie and now she needed to fix it. However, restrained in Caroline’s arms she couldn’t do anything. Luna needed a hug.

As Mia was carried away, Luna was able to send one last projection at her; that she IS having a hug.

With that, she simply sighed and returned to trying very VERY hard to collect herself.

giftu
“Mia, it looks like you got a package.” Caroline stood at Mia’s doorway with a thick brown box at hand.

Mia glanced up at her mother with a blank stare. “Pac-uge?” She questioned, not understanding what her mom meant. However, that was until her eyes set sight on the box. “giftu?!” The toddler squealed, pealing away from her dolls and waddling towards the ‘giftu’.

“I guess it may be a gift.” Caroline smiled, leaning down and handing Mia the box.

Mia grinned has her mother handed her the ‘gift’. Her hands held onto the brown box tightly. “Papar?” The toddler gazed up at Caroline, baffled. If this was a gift, where was the wrapping paper?

Caroline eyed Mia for a second than shook her head. “OH! Paper, well Mia. It isn’t your birthday, so wrapping paper isn’t needed.” She nodded, content with her half-a** explanation.

Mia sighed, what fun was a gift if there was nothing to dig your nails in and shred? Not only that, but how was she supposed to open it? Frustrated, Mia tossed the box at Caroline’s feet.

“Auh! Be careful! Mia, that’s not very nice.” Caroline set herself onto the ground beside Mia, scooping up the box in her arms. “I bet someone worked very hard on this gift, lets open it and see.” She concluded, trying to give her daughter some ‘gift’ insight. Carefully, Caroline attempted to peel that damn tape off the box. When she didn’t succeed, Caroline opted for using a Barbie leg as a knife. After a few minutes and some elbow grease, Caroline prevailed with an open box and bent Barbie leg.

After the horrible struggle her mother put her Barbie through, Mia thanked her kindly. “Tank you fo’ yo’ hardz werk.” She hugged the Barbie, than tossed her across the room so she could open the box. “Omigee!” The toddler squealed with delight as she saw a patch of pink. Mia tossed the accompanying letter to her mother, than preceded to find out what this gift was. She remembered! Completely and utterly happy, Mia took out the dress and set it on her lap. Elle had remembered the dress! Mia never forgot things like that, even though people assumed toddlers couldn’t remember anything.

Quote:
Dear Mia

Here's the dress I said I'd find for you! If it is a little too big still then don't worry, you'll very quickly fit into it.

Love Elle.

As Caroline read the letter aloud to Mia, the toddler decided to try on the dress and shoes. They were indeed slightly large, but they were oh so fablulous for her next tea party with Mrs. Honeywell and Mr. Doddlebopper.

journal
Dear journal,

How will I manage to get Mia out of that dress and take a bath? She attempts to bite me every time I make a jump for it. I’m frightened; my daughter is turning into a beast. I guess I’ll have to lure her with some rum in chocolate milk or cookies...terrible threes? Or terrible Mia? I certainly wasn’t like this as a child. Must be White’s genes.

love,
determined mother caroline.

[open rp]check-up with dr. haladet
Mia had finally reached that age, the age where she could do anything the frig’ she wanted! (well…for the most part) She could now use her chopsticks correctly, brush her teeth without her mother prodding through her hair, look at more developed woman in envy and understand what jealousy really felt like. Of course there was the constant nagging of caroline in the back of her head. Mia you don’t want to grow up to fast. Whatcha talking about? If I get to wear better fitting clothes than I have now, I sure do.
Life was pretty sweet. BUT

Now, now! Mia was allowed to socialize and loiter while waiting for her mother to get eggs. What a lady she was turning into. She also knew what purple haze was really all about (with the help of the internet of course) Her fingers were now strong enough for that mighty mouse and keyboard … Mia could spell j-i-m-i h-e-n-d-r-i-x without any help.

But of course, the best thing of all was being able to walk to the gmfc headquarters with no mother, but only a cell phone at hand. (of course the only reason caroline gave her one was because she was super paranoid)

Mia sauntered in through the glass door, her cell phone hanging at her side, a trophy of sorts. She flashed a smile to the secretary as if she had done this all the time and leisurely sunk into a chair. There Mia sat with her feet hovering helplessly above the ground; she wasn’t quite there yet…

The secretary glanced over at Mia with an ‘aww, how cute’ look, than opened her mouth to speak but closed it promptly when Mia snarled at her.

“Hey sweet cheeks, I’m not as young as you think; I have a height problem if you please! I’m part midget!” The kid barked at the obviously frightened woman.

With that Mia picked up a magazine from the cluttered the table next to her, and like her mother, Mia choose the one with the most gossip. She soon indulged into this magazine, her eyes every so often darting towards the secretary to see if she was staring at her ‘height problem’

Dr. Haladet knew that Gaia would be different than what she was used to, but this took the cake.

A cardboard box full of notebooks, files, and family pictures in her arms, she made her presence known in the clinic for the first time.

"Pardon me?"

“Huh?” Mia broke away from the magazine and gaped at the stranger, searching for a reply (lie) from within. “I-m-ju-st-wa-it-ing-for-someone…” She responded with a sigh of relief, than it occurred to her, what was she doing here? “Yea, just waiting.” Oh no, did she make it seem too obvious? What if they actually believed she was an adult and as punishment someone impregnated her? EEK. “Just waiting, you know.” She waved her elbow in the air as a ‘mi casa su casa’ friendly gesture sorta way.

"Oh? Are you my twelve-thirty, then?" Lillian decided to play along.

Mia found that her throat had become dry, she tried to speak but she couldn’t “I-ii. NO!” Her insides felt twisted, and the thought of her being on the 12 o’clock news for being the youngest mother evvver made her squirm. “I-I-…” Mia soon found relief when her eyes took hold of the cardboard box that the Dr. was carrying. “Oh, fired were you?”

Lillian quirked an eyebrow at Mia, regarding her coolly. "No, I was just hired. I'm Doctor Haladet. It's nice to meet you."

“Oooo. Mia Moore, and I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon.” Mia beamed up at the doctor extending a hand, as it was the right thing to do.

Lillian couldn't help but laugh at that, taking Mia's hand and shaking it firmly. "I don't just help people have babies. I also do checkups." She leaned closer, a smile on her face sweet enough to rot teeth. "Are you overdue on yours?"

Mia determinedly slipped her hand away from Lillian’s with no smile present upon her face. “My nether regions are in prefect health thank you very much!” She had heard of doctors like these, Caroline always complained about them. Checkups. Psssh. More like saddle up-s!

Dot. Dot. Dot.

"Oh, honey," Lillian began, mentally facepalming. "I'm talking about regular checkups. I don't think you're ready to see a gynecologist."

“Of course, my point exactly.” Mia nodded, blowing her cover as the part-midget woman. Than it came to her, why she was here. The weight of the cell phone soon reminded her. “Uhh, my mom told me to come here and ask about a Dr. Haladet. You know, I got so caught up in Tomkat…” She waved her copy of People in the air. “That you know, I just simply forgot.” Mia of course wouldn’t mention the fiasco of her trying to act somewhat mature in attempt of proving the secretary wrong... but of course the lesson of the day was, acting mature means someone may want to impregnate you.

Then Mia. "Well, you've found her. What can I do for you and your mother?"

“Yea, I can see that.” Mia rolled her eyes with a pft. “My mom thinks I need to be checked out, as if I have some fatal disease! I believe that I have absolutely nothing wrong. I’m in perfect health you see…” She flicked her hand in the air with great ease.
“You looking at me? Do I offend you?” The words poured out of Mia’s mouth, she hated be looked at. In reality, it was the notion that Mia may have some goo (or something the lines of that) hanging loosely from her nose and this girl was the only one who noticed. THE HORROR.

Lillian's smile faded somewhat. "You do realize that even perfectly healthy people need to have checkups. We're just going to see how you're growing and make sure you're in top shape." She glanced over her shoulder. "Follow me, all right? I'll go set this in my office, and in the meantime, you can get on the scale so we can do your height and weight."

Mia sighed and leaped off the seat, leaving her magazine to fend for itself. Without saying a word she followed.

Lillian quickly set the box on her desk before turning her attention to the scale. "Take your shoes off, and then step up."

Mia groaned and slipped out of her weathered converses with ease. With a clank, she stepped onto the scale, not daring to look at the numbers as if they were the tainted.

"Let's see..." Lillian murmured to herself, nudging the slider on the scale until it was perfectly balanced. "102... and..." Out came the height-measurer. "Straighten..."

Once she was satisfied that she had an accurate measurement, she slid it back into the scale. "Five feet even. Congratulations. Please come with me?" She gestured to her office now, pulling her stethoscope out from under her labcoat. "The hard part's over." A wry smile.

As she stepped off the scale it bounced back into its usual form. Mia smiled at the news of her 5 foot accomplishment. Inquisitively, her gray eyes gazed at the stethoscope in the doctor’s hand. Mia dug her hands into her pockets as she slid across the floor in her socks waiting for this ‘so called non-hard part’.

Checking the heartbeat wasn't hard, was it? Especially with commands of "Breathe. Again. Again." C'mon! Breathing was something that came naturally.

And let's not forget the pulse-taking and looking into ears and nose, either. That wasn't too tough, was it?

But the next part, well. Maybe that would prove to be a little more than "nothing."

Lillian handed a small blanket to Mia in order to cover herself with, and then closed the door. "And now, I'm going to need you to take off your shirt so I can check for scoliosis. You can cover your front with this; I only need to look at your back."

Everything seemed to be going smoothly, except when the doctor basically molested her with that stethoscope

“Wha?” Mia didn’t know how to react, she felt somewhat uncomfortable considering that on this very day and for the rest of her days (until she reached puberty) that she in fact wasn’t wearing a bra. “It’s too cold in here. “ Nice excuse. “I bet you’re hands are too!” She complained, slowly inching her shirt up because there wasn’t exactly anyway she could get out of this one. Covering her front with the blanket, she faced the doctor. “I’m all yours.” Mia gave her a wink, teasing the woman.

Lillian shot Mia a look that plainly said "Whatever" and subtly added, to the perceptive, "Only were you thirty years older, and even then, that wouldn't be a guarantee."

With that, she traced a finger down Mia's spine, examining the curvature. "...What are these marks?" She finally asked, finger straying from the spine in order to trace the strange marks she was suddenly face to face with.

Mia rolled her eyes, and shivered as a cold chill ran down her back. “What marks?” she replied, somewhat frightened. “You mean my wings?”

Lillian handed Mia a hand mirror and gestured to the long mirror on the back of the office door. "Turn around so that your back is facing the long mirror, and then angle the hand mirror so you can look at it."

Mia followed the doctor’s instructions; she now appeared to be a bit more serious. Her eyes followed her spine up and down, than locked upon those so called marks. “I wonder whose genes these came from.” She examined her back up and down, following a pattern of pale blue dots that moved dreamily across her back. No doubt, they resembled her mother's own pale blue dots that rested in one corner of her eye. "They look like frekles..."

Freckles? Now THAT was interesting.

"...You haven't been reading 'Freckle Juice', have you?" Lillian asked quietly, a wry smile on her face once again.

“No. you think I put these on myself? I can’t even reach that far!” Mia grunted assuming that Dr. Haladet was accusing her.

"I was just joking," Lillian reassured her, squinting at the freckles. "All right, let's schedule a follow-up for this. If they get any larger or become raised, let me know when you see me next and we'll do some tests, okay?"

“Oh. I knew that...” Mia pulled her shirt on and anxiously fiddled with her hands. “Okey.” Nodding, Mia now respected what the doctor had to say. “See you next time...” The girl waved to her new found doctor. “And thanks…” she quickly yet quietly added.
