Let's see... what do I think of it? If you were looking for constructive cricism, I'll be glad to help. The breakdown:
Good: I really love Ed's expression. I like the way his face & hair came out, too. That in particular just makes the picutre for me. smile The composition works, too. The coloring and inking is great.
Bad: You've got a few anatomical issues... Winry's shoulder and arm are kind of out there so it sort of looks like they're floating, and her expression is kind of hard to figure out. Ed's muscle tone is... eh. It looks a little unnatural... check a reference picture and compare; it really helps. I suggest the same for the automail. Color-wise, the red blob in the corner seems kind of extraneous. The flesh bordering Ed's automail is vibrantly red, it almost looks like it's bleeding... but if that's what you were going for, then that's fine.

I like the pic. well because I don't really draw. but it is still a good picture. I'm one of a few guys that will say that Ed X Winry is a good combo.

Not bad but Larielle's right. You really need to work with perpective and the way your coloring it. Other than that its pretty decent. Better than some out there.
