Hah! I did that WITHOUT an infinite combo on May 5th.
I LOVE Mischievous Quanar.
I was using my cell phone to calculate my health, and when it rolled over 1 billion, the phone reset! xd So I had to round down to the degits I kew I had. I lost about 600... Oh well!
Beacon of Immortality + Mischievous Quanar + 22 Land, 8 of which were Islands, 1 plains and the rest irrelivant.

My opponent once gave me a million of these stupid 1/1 tokens from a messed up infinite combo.
I had the choice of either sacing them to mill him for a million, or gain a million life. I chose the life, but that's just me...
With my infinite mana combo, I usually just write down a number and show it to my opponent.

I've really never myself life-gaining decks, I guess my best is 50-60 life.

infinite mana combos aside I saw a white life gain get up to 196 within 15 minutes of playing.
personally, I think I got up to roughly 150 and maintained it until i won with that 7 turn most life wins card (i forgot what it is called)

well using the elves I got up to 88 before the other guy just quit but I can usually push it up with seekers of skysbreak, priest of titania, Wirewood channler, and elvish guidances

I frequently get up to arbitrarily large life totals with my blue-green deck.
There's an infinite creature combo with Intruder Alarm, Meloku, and Budoka Gardener - throw in Lifegift and you get infinite life too XDXDXD

There are a lot of ways to get infinate life. KCI, Leonin Elder, and 2 Myr Retriever or Leonin Elder, Composite Golem and Nighteyes the Desecrator. And those are just type 2 methods xd

Don't forget the usual clerics+Lightning Greaves, which now supports BoK's 0 cost equipment (whose name I forgot).

i never use infinite combos but i have gotten up to 18,000 with my elves of course my opponent destroyed my Test Of Endurance stressed so i couldn't win with life....then i just screwed with him by attacking for 1 every turn with a Treetop Scout whee and taking all the pain he could dish out (less that 50 a turn)

There's an infinite creature combo with Intruder Alarm, Meloku, and Budoka Gardener - throw in Lifegift and you get infinite life too XDXDXD some1 actually pulled that off on me. they regretted doin it though cause it was near impossible, not to mention i stole everyone of his creatures with a reins of power.... i drew a false cure next turn too....
