This may only be temporary but it's because I AM SO F***ING TIRED OF THE AMOUNT OF NOOBS THAT COME HERE AND HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO MAKE A CHARACTER LET ALONE USE IT! scream .... really i don't have anything against noobs sweatdrop .. so in the small amount of free time i posses i am going to type you people i guide on how to create a character. So you can all stop bugging me!

1. Choose your gender

Yes this sounds stupid but you won't believe the amount of people there are that don't know the difference between the two (not including idiots and tranvestites like dv -.-)

Obviously there are 2 main choices: Male or Female

or if you want to be a robot or something along those lines it's highly unlikly you'll have a gender.

Or you could be a snail and change your gender whenever you want, btw magic curses and spells can change your gender

2. Choose your Race

THIS highly affects what is considered normal for your class, i.e. it's unlikly to find an elf whose a mighty warrior or a angel whoes a thief. The limits on this is pretty much endless but bear in mind that making replicas of races isn't going to get mainy people to like you, and also choosing a beast like a scamp isn't either. Besides who would want to be a vertically impared creature like a scamp anyway? Also whatever race you do choose won't directly affect your choice of class but it is recommended you pick one to complement your class and skills.

List of Common Races:

Elf, Half Elf, Dark Elf, Nimph, Dryad etc. : These people are living hippies.. no offense, they tend to live in forests and favour druid, priest and thieving classes for the elves. Most elves can see in the dark and have a natural bonus to dexterity and less constitution, they also have a natural resistance to charm and sleep spells but have less health. Most people in these classes will also favour magic classes usually ones for the greater good, with the exception of Dark Elves, Dark Elves also have a natural resistance to Fire. All these races are naturaly skilled in bows and shortswords.

Orcs, Ogres, Giants: First of, why someone would choose this race is beyond me -.-. These people are naturally skilled in all types of fighting but usually are frankly crap at magic, they tend not to be too intelligent which matches their lack of proper speech and communication. Most of these races have green skin.

Humans: To tell you the truth the only thing that humans possess is the features of humans and the ability to advance to any level (so to say, even though levels don't exactly exist it seemed a fitting word) and in any class

Dwarfs, Halflings, Midgets aka. Small people -.-: These peoples main strength is theft and hiding, and generally have long noses, coarse dark hair and are SHORT! SHORT! If you play as one of these and say your not i reserve the right to assassinate you because of your stupidity!

Androids, Robots 'mechanical' humanoids: ... >.< ryu you can edit and fill this in...

Vampires: OK! There are many theories for vampires, but there main strength's is a natural resistance to diseases, poisins and weapons. And there skin - unless hybrid - will burn on contact with sun or light, some vampires will also get somewhat of an allergic reaction to garlic or other foods like them, though it is not common amoung all vampires. There is also a disease amptly called 'vampires disease' which is when one is infected by another vampire, unless cured the victim will eventually turn into one. Also vampires naturaly in appearance have quite hollow cheeks and high cheekbones, red/pink eyes and fangs -.- anyone who didn't know that shouldn't of picked this race

3. Choosing your Class

Naturally there will always be custom classes and most people will choose/make their own. So merely what i've done is list the main categories aka. Rogue, Fighter, Ranger etc. This is for your reference to choose what you would like to do, you can add and penalise at your lesure but remember all classes have some weakness.

Priest, Healer, Shaman - whatever you want to call them: These people heal others, ONE THING THAT I WILL MAKE CLEAR! NO AND I MEAN NO TRUE PRIESTS - etc. - WILL EVER USE ANY MAGIC UNLESS IT'S FOR THE GREATER GOOD OR WILL BENIFIET MANKIND! The only exception being magic to do with defeating un-dead, seeing as they are there arch-nemis. These people tend to usualy use maces, mallets, morning stars, flails and anyother crushing or blunt weapons, usually are quite skilled with summoning creatures and using shields.

Mage, Magician, Wizard, Witch, Wild Mage, Invoker, Necromancer, Pale Master etc. - arcane magic users - : O k... this may take awhile so instead i've written afew main sentances about the different types of arcane magics.. FIRST of all, arcane users almost never are very good with weapons with the except of crossbows, daggers and quater staffs. Like always people can train with other weapons and learn to use them but novices will almost never even posess a weapon unless it's a quater staff or other form of staff. All there selected spells i.e. Necromancer - death, will be stronger for the specialized area the rest will be weaker, with the exception of ordinary mages. Here are the more refined versions i.e. specialist classes

Necromancers, Invokers, Pale Master: Necromancers and Pale Masters deal with death magic, invokers with magic designed to hurt others. They cannot learn Illusion or Wild Mage spells for Necromancers and Pale Masters and Invokers cannot learn Conjuration/Summoning spells and Wild Mage spells.

Mages, Wild Mage, Wizard, Witch, Magician: Your basic all round mages who can learn spells from every arcane school, except the spells for wild mages.. only they can learn them. Wild mages are mages who have an about 15% chance of having a random spell be cast instead of the one they chose, the good thing is there spells are always stronger those this isn't always a good thing. There are spells that they can only learn which lessen the risk of a random spell. These people can learn any spells except wild mage spells, wild mages can though. The downside of being ordinary mages is that all your spells are average.

Conjurors, Summoners: They summon items, weapons and most often animals to aid them. They cannot however learn Invoker spells.

Illusionists: These people - and whatever other names they have - use spells to alter pyschical reality, like invisibility, making a 'magic' door appear from nowhere etc. They cannot learn Death spells aka necromancy

Druids: Before we start, you must know these are my mortal enemy, why? because they are hippie tree huggers and shouldn't even be allowed to be a class. why again? because there just a mix of arcane a divine - priest - magic. So without further ado i refuse to write anymore, you people use spells for nature and will never ever use anything else except conjuration, no invoking, no illusioning AND DEFINATLEY NO DEATH MAGIC! -.-

Also there is no such thing as a pure arcane healer, and there never ever will be the only closest thing to it is a druid and bard because they both mix arcane and divine magic


Fighters, Rogues, Rangers, Battle Mages, Barbarian etc.: The only real thing i need to say is rogues use the shadows and are more like assassins then pure fighters, barbarians' are dumb and go into 'rages' to grow stronger, battle mages are mix between fighters and mages and fighters are just people who can use any weapon and are good with them. Rangers are like a cross between druids and fighters they use some healing magic, mostly nature stuff but fight well mostly with bows and arrows or swords.
