What if the voice of Jor-el clark has been hearing has really been Zod playing clark this whole time just so it would lead to his release?

Trust me it hasn't. Zod had been locked in Phantom Zone since before Clark was born. he woud have no way of contacting him. Jor-el was telling Clark how to Kill and destroy Zod and keep him from coming to Earth, Zod wouldn;t do that to himself. The only reason the knife was what opened the vessel was because Clark didn't kil the vessel, he opened up Fine. If Zod was Jor-el then Zod wouldn;t have brought Clark back a live, Also Jor-el was possessing Lionel, if Zod was Jor-el then he wouldn't need Lex as his Vessel if he already had Jor-el.

i agree w/ chloe. although it's an interesting question to pose and it made me stop and think if it could be for a second, i think that there's just too much that Jor-El has done for Clark's benefit for him to actually be Zod.

Not to mention that Zod wouldn;t be telling Clark that he is an evil kryptonian.... sounds...weird. Although Jor-el seems as though he could be "evil" at times, he is just making sure that Clark is going on the right path the the future he is destined to hold.

Gah, Clark needs to listen to Jor-El. Dammit, he is part of one dysfunctional kryptonian family.

His family is very Functional and respected. That is until Jor-el tried to to the High Court that The red sun was going to burn out and pretty much the whole planet was going to explode...

Yeah I dont think Jor-El is not even close to evil or has no evil in him. But in season 2 I was very confused on the story of how everyone thought clark was suppose to conquer and realized he didnt understand what jor-el meant.
So I have a question. In a messege Jor-El sends of how Clark is to come and conquer he meants to conquer evil right?

yeah kind of. Personally i felt like he was talking about Lex, and Zod. I mean now when i think back its almost as if they were foreshadowing it. I man Jor-el does want to reproduc the kryptonian culture but i don't think he meant it in the way of destroying the human race as Clark had thought.

Exactly. Well they did a good job with the whole misunderstanding thing, a good way to take time with the series I guess.
