idbah-al-yahud

idbah-al-yahud, is an Arabic expression we seem to be hearing more and more. We hear it chanted on the streets of London, we hear it chanted in Madrid, we hear it chanted in front of the Lincoln Memorial and at Ground Zero. idbah-al-yahud has been chanted in the Gaza Strip and in Beirut and in Tehran, Iran.
idbah-al-yahud has been chanted by many people through out history in many languages:
The Assyrians and Babylonians chanted it their languages.
Haman shouted it in the book of Ester
The Greeks after Alexander the Great chanted it in their language.
Selicid, king of Syria shouted it in his language.
The Romans shouted idbah-al-yahud in their own languages.
Recared of Spain said it in Spanish
In 638 it was said in Arabic in Jerusalem.
Visigoth King Erwig said it in his own language.
During the Crusades it was said by Muslims and 'christians' alike.
Ibdah-al-Yahud was the theme of World War II for Nazi Germany
Arabs picked up the chant when Israel once again when became a nation.
Hezbollah and Hamas chant it daily in todays news
What does Idbah-al-Yahud mean you may ask??? In Arabic it means 'Slaughter all the Jews.'
But in every case that ha satan has provoked people to chant it G-d has always had His Hands and His hedge of protection around the Jewish people and He will again today!!!!

It sounds strangely like: "Itbah-Kol-Yehudi"

Hebrew for "I shall slaughter all jews".

Well Arabic and Hebrew are both Semitic languages. In fact many Arabic words and place names are corruptions of Hebrew.

I don't think of it as corruption... It's more like they are branches off the same stem. The pronounciation even works in similar ways. Aramaik is also Semetic, and so was the old hebrew. All similar to the Hebrew we use today. Words seemed to be either transformed, amputated or grew new limbs xd .
