How Many Rushing yars do you think Clinton Portis will have this year?

I think he'll have around 1300-1500 because the redskins have really good receivers like Santana Moss, Antwaan Randel el, and Brand Lloyd.

He will reach 1000 yards but i dont think he will get a lot about 1200 no more then that or around it but he wont get any higher then 1250 for sure

I have to say that he will get abive 1500 because. He is a consitant running back and now the Redskins have a reciver set that every d-fense should fear so that will draw less attention twords Portis.

He was pretty good last year. Last year he had 352 attempts, 1,516 yards, 11 TD's. Now, he might not get over 1,500 again but he definately won't go under 1,300.

i would blame the coach for leaving portis in there almost the whole game
PostPosted: Mon Aug 14, 2006 1:29 pm

Blame the coach? He has no one to blame but himself. It was his decision to plant the defender like he did, although I have to admit that was a nice tackle. His body hit the ground pretty hard at an angle, naturally forcing the shoulder out of its socket. That's why defenders try to square up to the one they're tackling, so their shoulders aren't tilted when they hit the ground.

it looks like u didnt see the game because the coach put him in like the whoole game he played three quarters and usually starters play 1 or 2.

Are you sure you watched the game? He was injured in the first 3 minutes of play! The first drive ended in the interception that resulted in his dislocated shoulder.
