One of my best friends just had a baby last night. Her baby's father just turned 17, and said that he wouldn't date a girl who was older then himself. Well my friend is turning 18 in a couple of mounths.
She has dropped out of school. >.> What do you guys think?

I think that is horrible! I personally think that teenagers should not be having sex, much less having kids! That is bad...I know a couple of girls at my school who have had kids, and luckily they don't normally drop out of school...But having a kid is hard, especially on minimum wage! Dropping out of school was probably the worst thing she could do...I think she should have given the baby up for adoption, or better yet, not have sex...But you know, whatever...I am sorry for her...

I agree with the adoption proposal or at least find a way for the child to be raised in a more stable setting.
As for the father, did he dump her or what?

Being a parent is hard, let alone being a teen parent. Thats brutal! Ive had a few scares myself, but always manage to get out okay.. But teen mothers. wow, i feel for them, cause thats tought s**t man.

Oh, don't get me started on teen pregnancy. One of the worst things you can do. While I am not a big fan of people having sex before marriage, it's even worse to get pregnant at such a young age! Before one can set a good life for themselves.
A few girls at my school have had babies. I'm all thinking..."I hate to imagine someone my age or younger a mother!!"
