The mountain was seemingly alive, frosted with snow on the top, spreading downward with its awkward pose into the deep earth. Around the top, grey clouds gathered looking like fog, and nothing else. Few pine trees are scattered around the dank mountain, making it seem more intune with the ground itself. Way above the mountain, the sun shined with a golden smile upon the beings galloping on the ground. The golden ropes of sun sought out for the frosty goddess whom is standing in front of her snow-covered cavern.
Her dark blue fur glimmers like a heavenly aura, her silverish white mane flung over to other side when she tosses her head, looking off into the swirling white snow waiting for the stallion that have stolen her heart very second she laid her eyes upon him. Frosta smiles slightly to herself as she moves away from the cavern mumuring to herself, "Kinguyakki.. where are you..."

Wandering his ways across the icey ground, King took a deep breath of the frosty fridged air. He was fairly close to his cave home. THe place that he had called his own since the day he and Frosta had found it.
Frosta.
How he missed her dearly. It had been a while since he had last spent time with her. Things seemed to have changed between them after their children came. Distance, mood shifts? He couldn't tell for sure what it had been, but something had been there.
"Time heals all wounds." He murmured the words. "Distance makes the heart grow fonder.."
If that was true.. then they would both be seeking eachother soon. Perhaps that is why he was wandering now. Seeking the other part of his soul.

Closing her sky blue eyes as she listens to the song of cold part of mother nature. Frosta finds herself humming softly along to the sound of wind but she hears snow crackling which indicates that she have company coming over her way. She automatically opens her eyes as she takes couple of cautionous steps wondering who it is. The pale blue fur catches her eyes.
"Is it Kinguyakki?" She mumurs hopefully before she stands in the plain view while her heart beats more faster and seemingly to swell up with love and pride that he have came searching for her. She flicks the snow off her long tail as she tilts her head back and nickers loudly, calling out to him hoping that he will return her call.

A sound like music in the air called out to him. Kinguyakkii lifted his head, his ears flicking to catch all of the sound. Familiar, even over the sound of the wind, King knew that call. Lifting his head he let out his own call. The trumpetting call of a stallion that was stakeing its claim and warning any other away. He heard her and was letting Frosta know that not only was he coming to her, but he was coming to her, with the intent of makeing things right again.
I made many errors, I let her slip away from me once, but not again. SHe is part of me, as my wings, my hooves.. as all of me. I will not mess up again.

Frosta's ears pricks up as the wind carried Kinguyakki's call all over to her and she felt her heart skip the beat. She smiles to herself as she moves farther from her icy cavern, intent on meeting him half way and show him how much she have missed him. She let out a loud whinny as she stops once again, looking around expecantly. Frosta felt like she want to dance around in joy and announce her happiness because she have been pining away for Kinguyakki since the day they have parted along with their foals.

Should he fly... no flying would be overkill. King whickered and spread his wings coming around the corner and seeing Frosta so close. He bowed his head a bit, almost doing a full bow before her. "Frosta.... it had been so long, I .. had thought that with the kids gone, you no longer wished me about." He spoke to her softly, formally, and with a tone that made it clear she could say as she pleased without angering him.
Inside his heart soared, to the point that even his hawk was flying overhead watching. Then again Archon always watched everything.

Frosta tries not to run to him as she stands right there with a smile on her face, she flicks her tail and it splays across the snow like a bridal veil. "Kinguyakki..." She says in soft voice as she steps forward, coming closer to him. "Why would you think I don't want you around?" She tilts her head to side and smiles. "I don't just mate.. get kids then leave. I am the one who willing to wait until my last day on the earth for the right stallion." She is now face to face with him as she nuzzles his muzzle before whispering lightly, "And I am glad I didn't have to wait... I have found my right stallion."
Chikotae scampers over to Frosta and looks at them with wide eyes. "Frosta, I want to play!!" He wiggled his rump in the air while he was crouched in the snow. He pounced on the flurry that is swirling around the icy couples and became distracted by the snow falling, leading him away from the couple.

King lay his head on Frosta's shoulder. "Perhaps I was just.. a bit unsettled. Things happened fast, and seemed to blend into nothing for a while. I was worried that you had, had enough of me. I see now how foolish that was."
The stallion winced as something landed on his back flapping his wings. He turned and looked back at the bird, arching a brow. "Archon would you mind getting off of me, you don't own me no matter what you think."
Archon snorted and flapped his wings. "I own all that is around me, that means you and your filly.."

Frosta murrs softly as she nuzzles King's shoulder, she moves closer to her loved one's body. "Silly stallion, I will always want more of you." She says in loving manner while she nudges King's neck in affectionate yet almost playful manner. She blows air out of her nose at Archon as she rolls her eyes. "filly?" She says in amused voice as she fixes her icy blue eyes on Archon..

King coughed a bit and looked down at the lovely mare. "Yes my darling filly." He smiled and nuzzled her neck. "The baskets.. they are well gone now. I don't believe anything that I ever saw came of them. I.. am sorry but I fear I must assume they don't exist.. I don't know the ones that came from them." He lowered his head waiting for the scornful comments. "I am told by my Ice hawk one has already bred.. But.. I know them not."

Frosta looks at King with blank expression before she turns her head away so he won't see the hurt expression on her face. "They all do exist." Frosta mumurs as she frowns slightly, nipping at his rump sharply before she uses her hindlegs to kick him. "I met one of our children. He is just like you, King. Tall, strong and handsome" Frosta moves backward and looks at King. "You need to be around more often.. " She trails off and sighs. "I know our children want to get to know you too." Frosta looks at King with a frown on her face.

King danced back from the kick, a look of shook in his eyes. He shook his eyes. "I can't get to know them. I do not wish to. YOu may all you like but I can't." He looked down the mountain. "Three baskets.. three grown beings, and I was not part of their lives at all, I will NOT intrude now. Hate me all you want Frosta but I refuse."

"Kinguyakki!!" Frosta protests with hurt evident in her eyes and on her face. She looks at him as she frowns. "They want to get to know you, King..why deny them their wish to get to know their father?" Frosta looks at him, she slowly approaches him. "Don't you want to get to know your own first borns? your flesh and blood?"

King sighed. "Maybe one at a time, in my own time, but I do not know. I never knew them, never seemed to be a need and doesn't seem to be a need now that they are all grown up.. and apparently at least one mated off with kids of his own. What would be the need? THey are doing fine without me." He looked up at the sky. "IT would be like thinking that .. well that my sister needs me. She doesn't."

Frosta looks at King as she smiles faintly. "Honey...the children will always need their parents. But I cannot push you if you do not want to approach your children." She says in very soft voice as she looks at King when he looks up at the skies. "Do you ever wonder about your children?" She trails off as she looks up at the skies as well.
