Background: Right after the first war on Heaven, Jay was cast out because he did not fight. He went to Hell and was not seen for an eon and a half. He learned of hatred, greed, and evil in Hell, and learned how to defend himself and took on several powers, which include Teleportation, Telekinetics, Telepathy, and Pyrokinesis. When he escaped from Hell (and it was a very bloody battle to the surface), he was embraced by a vampire, then captured by a team of human scientists who meddled with his dna structure, he is now an abomination. He has blackish-red wings, two sets of fangs, one on top, one on bottom, and his eyes become red with a gold center. This only happens when he is going through deep emotion.
Personality: He's sweet, but wants to get back into Heaven, and will do anything it takes to get back, even if it means destroying all evil in the world and starting a war with the Vampires.

She was supposed to be a vampire slayer.. not human..but then again she was not all right in the head..You see she was sounds asleep..when the voice spoke ot her.. it was an older vmapire.. weakned from not eating and having been wounded badly from the entire clan.. the said vampire had made a mental connection to the little girl.. a permenate one..he drove her to black out.. and kill..so that he could feast on their blood. When all was said and done.. he showed himself and kept young luna as a pet..he tortured her, cherished her.. drove her almost isane.. for 15 years.. when the woman reached the age of 20 she finally fought back against her captor..a big battle amoung them.. he ended up biting her and she slew him..all the years of torture had driven the poor girl insane..she had even adopted a alter ego so to say.. .in fact this other.. side.. was a male..and his name Ky.
Ky is more mellow "other half" of Luna. Luna is what you would call The Torture Mistress..She works for the Prince of the City as his Torture Master. Luna is ruthless.. she will do anything and everything to you while you are still laive and feel pain. Her favorite thing to do is chain a bad vampire to a wall and using her dagger slice open the chest and reach her hand into their bodies moving and prying away bone and tissues and to carress their hearts in a way a lover would, while the victim screams in pain this only further spurs her on.she enjoys playing with ehr victims internal organs and causing them as much pain.. Luna can also be sexual thoguh.. she can seduce.

Bio: Delila was born from Achilles blood line. Her great-great grandmother was a succubus herself, but Achilles was one soul she refused to take. Instead she bore her great grandmother who was cursed by a witch to bare only daughters for she had taken the soul of the witch's lover. Along with that curse is that she must find a master and bare their daughter, but once they conceive that child, they must leave the man and never see him again.
In turn, Delila has never known whom her father was, only heard of him. She never understood why her mother refrained her from seeing him, when it was her mother that couldn't see him. So she rebeled and ran away at the age of nine. Only days after was she raped and dragged to a whore house where humans, vampires, and other demons gagged her and used her for money. As she grew into her teens she grew a taste for it and no longer needed the gag. And as time passed she only did as she was told, never giving a mind to as what she wanted. Until one day, the whore house was distoyed by fire and she had no where else to go, and no one to tend to.

The world was torn when he was concieved. When his mother had married a young man, by the name Deegan Arkane Frost, a day walker, that has been living through the ages of time. His skill was well known becoming high in the military ranks to mercenary rogue factions to high council positions, leading many into numerous battles as a Commander in the battlefield. As he followed foot steps in his fathers ways, honing the skills of psionic abilities, in such ways that many couldn't concieve. Even though it has its fall back, none the less, making him no more powerful than any other. When becoming the age of 10, he was given the training that would make him into a man that his father would have loved.
By the age of 16, in human years, at least he was well equipped in the technical aid of psionics consisting of many types in which were well honed to a mastering level. His father, Deegan, saw the potential by sending him onto a little routine hit and run special ops mission, with a small team of trained men which would end in a tragic disaster being pinned down by neighboring rogues. Rion, had lost a few men coming out with injuries that was based off Nano Technology, making him lose sight in his right eye. Going into tedious operation after operation to make him be able to see again, took five years to accomplish installing a cybernetic readout scanner with multiple frequencies for remote viewing within a remote location. It was connected to his cerebral cortex amplifying the psionics.
Now he was 22 but becoming older in the older was of the vamp lifestyle, as times seem to change still training on the outskirts of the city becoming isolated to himself alone. He still wanders from place to place staying within the shadows, keeping himself consumed in the darkness feeling comfort within them. Continuos training is still heavily involved maybe one day.......he might find happiness after his father had left him shortly after that. Still in search for the disappearance or any trail of his where abouts...
