Okay, I've decided to make some rules for Band Thread creating.... aren't you happy? =O No? *sobs* Why not!? >_< After all I do for you!....

-cough- Okay, I'm done. XD Now onto the important junk.

I like consistancy. Don't we all? You should...it makes life easier. Therefore, when you make a band thread it would help if it had a certain set-up.
